Hi Kim Kim,
Chris and Diana Knauer just returned home from Thailand. The following was our experience.

Tina was super helpful at the inception. She suggested things to do, hotels to stay and the flow out the trip.
All transfers were effortless and in time in clean and roomy vehicles.
The hotels selected were great.

I will recommend Tina and Kim Kim to my friends for future travel.

Nice hotel on the river but i would not say this is a five star hotel. Staff great, Nice hotel, clean but far removed . If i was to stay in Kanachanburi again i would stay closer to the waterfalls as this is the only thing to do, which was great.
