An Amazing Trip

Our trip was absolutely amazing, exciting and surprising. Our guide/tour manager, Hicham, was gracious, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable and treated us like family. He took care of every detail, leaving us free to enjoy the experience. He was also extremely helpful when the airline lost all of my luggage, driving us to several airports in an attempt to find it, bringing me to a mall so I could purchase clothing and toiletries, and being generally reassuring. Other people on our flight had missing luggage as well, and I was grateful that I wasn't trying to deal with the situation on my own.

Hicham was a wonderful guide, putting all the sights into a historical context which increased our understanding and appreciation of the many beautiful places we went. I particularly appreciated his patience with our many questions. We honestly could not have asked for a better guide. We'll be sure to ask for him when we return!

Trekking through the desert was one of my favorite parts of the trip- it was better than I ever imagined it would be, and was such a unique experience.
