I felt I overpaid for what I received. Disappointed in the hotel in Prague. My room was about 6 feet from the reception desk and was a handicap accessible room. The agents didn’t respond as quickly as I would have liked when planning especially since it was a trip planned just a month in advance.

The audio was difficult to understand. They would say the building on the right but there were so many buildings you didn’t know which one they were talking about. The boat went in a circle.

I did offer to change your room as soon as another became available, though I completely respect your decision to stay where you were. I also made the coffee house visit complimentary as a gesture of goodwill and checked in with you regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. I'm truly sorry if these efforts didn’t come through or meet your expectations.

Please know that your comfort and satisfaction are very important to me, and I only wish we had known more clearly at the time how you were feeling. Still I am happy you liked most of your experiences and the Vienna part :)
