First Trip to Italy

Italy | May 11 - May 20, 2024

We were traveling to Italy for the first time. We knew the locations where we wanted to go but did not know the best way to get to each city, where to stay and activities to consider. We decided to use KimKim to reduce the stress of booking the trip on our own and it was a great decision. Martina helped us plan out the trip and gave us options and advice as we finalized our plans. During the trip, we had two issues come up, a canceled train and a hotel having incorrect payment information. In both cases, we called Martina and she quickly helped solve the issues. She was also able to help us book a last minute tour in Rome. Just as we had hoped, Martina helped make this a low stress trip so we could enjoy the experience.
