Amazing trip and experience with kimkim

We could not recommend Iceland and working with kimkim highly enough. The country is shockingly gorgeous and fun/energizing to visit. There is so much one can do and we were so grateful to have Eric, our specialist, arrange our trip. Eric was fantastic to work with. He made a perfect itinerary, helping us see the highlights and find off the beaten path gems. In addition to the must see spots that most people visiting the country seem to go to in the South, which Eric had on our itinerary, our favorite places that Eric recommended as good options were the Reykjadalur Valley hike to the hot river and the Hjorleifshofdi Cape & Cave hike - they were both just mind blowing and wonderful. If you are looking for good hikes with not a lot of people to see the wonders of nature, do these!

The hotel accommodations were excellent - very comfortable and in gorgeous places. And Eric recommended great eating options. Outside of Reykjavik, you definitely want to call ahead to restaurants to make reservations, which thankfully Eric warned us about.

Lastly, Eric was so responsive to our desires for the trip in planning and being available during it with additional recommendations when we reached out. We will definitely use kimkim again for future trips and highly recommend them.
