Our Germany trip was fantastic! The hotels were charming, beautiful, located perfectly, and the breakfasts were outstanding. The hotel in Heidleburg was especially wonderful with flowers and a cute courtyard. Each hotel was located in a good area where one could walk everywhere. The Grape Valley tour was excellent as was every tour that was planned. Clemens had also arranged for us to visit an ancestral church of my husbands in Miseau. Every tour guide was phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better itinerary! It will be a trip that we will cherish the memories for a long time!

This is the cutest hotel ever. The breakfast was excellent. The side courtyard was a lovely place to have dinner. Loved it! The location for what we wanted to see was also good. Bus service was right outside the hotel and convenient!

Authenticity & Character
The staff was most helpful by showing us which busses to catch to go to and from Mt. Pilatus.
Location
The par was across the street as well Lake Lucerne. The whole place was charming!

It was close to the train station and within walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to go. Breakfast was fanstastic! The staff was most helpful too.

Every one at the front desk helped us find all the places that we wanted to go. They helped with other arrangements too.

Everything! It was right at the main street! Loved it! Actually, I am recommending this hotel to everyone I know that will go to Heidleburg!

The owner/manger was so helpful when I lost my wallet in the bathroom. A guest turned it in that evening. The staff was so helpful!

This hotel was a bit quirky, but it was located perfectly. Everything was in walking distance and the square was charming. We loved it! Breakfast was great.

It is a bit difficult to find, but our taxi ride knew where it was and walked us to the hotel because there was construction around the plaza to enlarge the pedestrian area.

I sound like a broken record, but everyone was warm, friendly and most helpful!

This hotel is very modern and dark. Everything is BLACK and cold. The rooms are small but comfortable and modern. It is located on a street where there is a lot of construction and close to the plaza where there are cute stores and nice restaurants. The square was busy since the soccer games were being played there while we were visiting. The breakfast was phonemenal! Staff was okay, not overly friendly. The location was the best which is why I think it was chosen. A short walk put you near all of the old buildings and the history of Frankfurt. The location really was the best. It is a big hotel!

Actually, nothing. Frankfurt is a large city and the hotel reflected that. It is large and close to the plaza and walking distance to many places. It is just located in a congested area and is BIG!

We actually were so tired on our arrival we asked the guide to just take us to a good restaurant and enjoy the area!

We loved everything about the trip. The only glitch we had was being able to navigate the trains. Being from the US, we do not have the wonderful train system that Germany has. Finding the platforms where the trains were was a bit difficult. There was a lot of walking. We missed one train because the representative told us the wrong track to go to. Hence, we missed the ICE train and ending up taking three different trains to get to Frankfurt. With one carry on and the steep steps it was difficult. However, there were so many nice people that helped us.
