Matilde was very helpful with planning our trip to Germany and Switzerland. She communicated often with me, and listened to alterations of the original planned trip. Once in Europe, I found that everything was well thought out and organized. I had zero glitches during our trip. I had no worries from a planning perspective. All accommodations were good, and planned activities were just right. I highly recommend KimKim and especially Matilde.
