We enjoyed a most fabulous 10-day trip in Cambodia! The local expert Steve planned a wonderful multi-city stay that included famous sites and even a circus and all transfers were flawless. The hotels and resorts were 5-star, beautiful and clean with exceptional service. Most importantly, our guides were top notch! They were knowledgeable about the sites, flexible with requested changes and took us off the beaten path when we showed interest in something not on the itinerary. Many thanks to all and we will definitely book with KimKim.com again.

This facility and the rats are wonderful! The experience was eye-opening and holding the trained rat was incredible.

You are entirely correct that the most important aspect is the tour guides. However, good the planning, if the guides do not follow then the experience is lessened. However, we have a great pool of regular guides and try our best to match them with our guests interests. Hence, it's always pleasing to read nice comments. I will thank them the next time they visit our office(s).
