The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Hassan and his team was very responsive to the numerous questions I had prior to booking and also communicated all the changes promptly. The trip plan took into consideration our priorities and was very well crafted. Khalid Ouzayd was our driver for the whole trip and was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with numerous tips on how to navigate each city. Always on time and made sure we are enjoying out trip. All of the local guides were also hand selected and did an amazing job. Overall money well spent.

One of the best places we have stayed. The architecture and the service was fantastic. Provided us with a complimentary upgrade as well. We used their Hamam service too.
