Terry was incredibly helpful in planning a trip that met the different interests of four people . She was very responsive to the many questions we had about the planned itinerary. We requested changes, some at a late date, and she handled it all in a friendly and timely and professional manner that really impressed us! We have high praise for her ability to make people happy with their Kim Kim tour!
