Excellent 2nd Trip to Italy

Vincenzo was excellent to work with on our Italy trip. Not only was he very attentive during the planning phase of our trip, but he was also very responsive to questions we had while on our trip and reached out often to ensure things were going smoothly. We were very impressed with the quality of hotels selected on our behalf. We also enjoyed all of the tours that Vincenzo set up for us, especially the wine tour in the Valpolicella region and our private boat tour on Lake Como. This was our second trip to Italy using KimKim, and we were very happy with our experience, especially this second time around with Vincenzo as our specialist.
