Amandine and her colleagues were fantastic. She helped us plan the type of trip we didn’t even know we wanted until she gave us the ideas. Then, when a bag of ours was unfortunately stolen, and we had to cancel and rebook a couple events and hotels, Amandine did it all for us. This made the trip smooth, despite the hiccup. Would use again
