Valentine did an excellent job planning our extension stay in Switzerland. We got off a Viking Cruise and Kim Kim took it from there. They listened carefully to our desires and met our expectations.

Noted for your remark on the Hotel Helmhaus, next time I will advise an new hotel I tried in the Old Town, maybe more charming and easy to find.
