It's hard to know where to begin, this trip was so well planned for our family! We were a group of six traveling which included my dad who has limited ability to walk any distance. We did not have a clear vision of our itinerary. Eleonora created the perfect plan encompassing Rome with an open air tour, Tuscany which included a breathtaking stay at a farm house with wonderful food and hospitality and the Italian Riviera with just the right amount of planned guided tours as well as open time to relax and explore. All transportation was prearranged and every driver and tour guide were delightful, professional and on time! We were wowed by the level of service and warmth provided throughout the trip. This was a trip of our lifetimes and we are grateful we found kimkim and that we were able to work with Eleonora. kimkim is an excellent resource and portal made communication and transactions very simple with all the details in one place. Lovely hotel in the center of everything. Great shopping and sightseeing that is walk-able. This was our first impression of Italy and it didn't disappoint. Lovely rooms and nice breakfast!
This is a stunning place to stay in Tuscany. Everything I might have imagined and so much more! It was more than just a place to stay. We got to know our hosts, their story, the story of the farmhouse as well as the other guests that were there. One family had returned for their 3rd stay! The food was delicious and full of surprises. My favorite was the pasta and of course the bottomless carafe of wine. I loved the pool and the expansive and lush grounds. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the two sweet Dachshund family members ♥ Love them too!
This is a beautiful hotel over 100 years old. We loved the accommodations and it seems they thought of everything we could want or need. Wonderful to be right on the sea with ample lounge chairs and a spa. Staff were exceptional.
We only had one night in Milan and this hotel made a great impression. The staff were wonderful! Accommodations high and and beautiful.
