Overall, we enjoyed the trip. It was a bit busy with making transfers every 2 days .

It would have been much easier to have our hotel stays closer to the attractions that were scheduled. We had to arrange for taxi/Uber due to the distance.

The hotels were nice but not always clean.

La Tonnarella was wonderful, clean and we would go again.

Hotel Liassidi was not clean and not very special. Super basic and had bed bugs.

Pitti Palace was nice, but not very close to the attractions that were scheduled.

Trevi Palace was nice, but again, it was across town from the colloseum and the Vatican.

Our tour guides, Sarah in Florence, Alex in Rome and Luca in florence were great !

We actuallly did not get a tour of the Royal Gardens in Venice. wondering what happened here ? We did not have vouchers for this .

Luca was wonderful in helping us with this trip and was very responsive.

As for the Royal Gardens tour in Venice, we’re really sorry you missed it. Just as a reminder, our emergency number was always active during the trip, and we could have stepped in right away to see what went wrong and help sort it out.
