Jessica you are the most amazing, most organized & interactive trip specialist I ever worked with. I cannot explain how great this trip was and going forward all my trips will be planned using Kimkim. Every person we interact with was great, treated us kindly, was always on time and went above and beyond to make sure our experience in Italy was great. Even when we went to the wrong address for a guided tour, I messaged the team and someone was available immediately to ensure we meet the tour guide. The best trip I ever had. Thank you team KimKim
