Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Fernando de Noronha
Welcome to paradise! Located hundreds of miles away from the closest cities of Natal and Recife, the 21-island archipelago of Fernando de Noronha is a vacationer's utopia. Named after the main island (where you will be staying), the island chain is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to diverse marine wildlife and stunning landscapes. Visitors to Fernando de Noronha are restricted, so you'll feel like you have this exclusive and magical island to yourself. Settle into your hotel and get ready to explore the beaches, coral reefs, and cliffs that make this island unique.
Day 2: Private Catamaran Tour
In the afternoon, board a private catamaran for a half-day excursion to visit the archipelago's most beautiful spots. The trip will depart from Santo Antonio harbor toward the outlying islands. Enjoy the views of the gorgeous beaches and the grandiose mountain peaks — Morro do Pico and Morro Dois Irmãos.
The boat will stop at Praia do Sancho, one of the world's most incredible beaches. This beach is a perfect place to snorkel among sea turtles and tropical fish. End the evening with a refreshing drink on the deck of the boat while you enjoy a spectacular sunset, before returning back to shore.
Chat with a local specialist who can help organize your trip.
Day 3: Dolphin Watching & Snorkeling
Today you'll have a free day to enjoy anything the island offers. Go for a boat tour and spot some dolphins, try snorkeling or diving, or hike along the many well-maintained trails on the island. Try a surfing lesson in the warm, inviting waters, or simply relax on the beach — the opportunities are endless!
Day 4: Explore the Natural Swimming Pools
Today, enjoy the beaches and activities of the island. An English-speaking guide will accompany you as you discover the natural swimming pools that dot the island. Walk up to the Morro do Frances before reaching the tide pool at Praia de Atalaia, a perfect place to snorkel or simply soak in the sun.
From here, continue hiking to find two other diving spots — Mirante da Pontinha and Praia da Caleiras.
Day 5: Beach Day
Spend today at leisure — enjoy the sunny white sand beaches or take a dip in the crystal blue waters. No matter how you choose to relax, the magnificent island of Fernando de Noronha will not disappoint! Take some time to sunbathe on the Praia do Sancho beach — voted the most beautiful beach in the world in 2014.
Day 6: Departure
In the morning, transfer to the airport for your flight back to the continent. Safe travels!
