Inspired by Norse mythology, it's designed to resemble a traditional Viking longhouse with wooden interiors and a cozy fireplace. The evening centers around the "Viking Plank," a five-course meal expertly paired with five distinct Ægir beers, offering a taste of the Viking era with a modern twist.

Your dinner will be served in the upstairs restaurant, where you'll find a tall fireplace adding to the traditional ambience. The meal includes dishes like smoked reindeer, shellfish soup, pork shank, and a decadent dark chocolate ganache cake. You'll enjoy light and dark beers that perfectly complement each course, enhancing the dining experience with their distinctive notes of hops, malt, and herbs.
