Very cool experience! Marianne, my guide, was born in Bergen and knew so many ins and outs! The pace of this tour was perfect, we saw (and tasted) quite a bit, but it didn't feel rushed. We went all through Bryggen, the fish market, and even to the first coffee shop in Bergen (the owner is still working the cafe and making the baked goods and coffee). There were many things that I would've just walked right past if it weren't for this tour. Great experience! Read more

We got lucky for this one and got basically a private tour. Started right next to the ferry where we got a sample of local fish... it was SOOO good. The guide then took us to a local restaurant (old baths), a local brewery, a local coffee shop. It was so nice to walk through the "hidden" paths of Bergen. Bergen overall is a BEAUTIFUL city. Got to see the smallest street and the smallest house in the city. I wish I could be there right now. Read more
