What you'll do
Drop off your bags at the reception of your hotel by 6:30 am, and the porter service will ensure they're transported safely to your destination hotel, where you can collect them around 9 pm the same day. This service is especially convenient if you're staying at accommodations in both Oslo and Bergen, allowing you to travel light and enjoy the scenic route without the burden of heavy luggage.
You must label all luggage with your name and the reference number of the luggage order in advance. This ensures the team can deliver your bags accurately and efficiently. Each piece of luggage will have an individual waybill, and a copy will be left at your hotel reception for your records. Then, you'll receive an email notification once your luggage has been picked up and again when it has been delivered so you can stay informed throughout the process. If you're on an extended tour with overnight stops, consider packing an overnight bag and sending the rest ahead to your final destination.
