Authenticity

Hotel Boutique Molino del Arco is steeped in history. It's set in an 18th-century farmhouse and oil mill in the foothills of the Sierra de Salinas, surrounded by centuries-old olive and citrus trees and vineyards. The hotel retains its original character, with terracotta tiled floors, arches, and shuttered windows and doors while offering a contemporary farmhouse-chic vibe. The local olive oil produced on-site is a hotel cuisine staple.

Location

Situated 8 miles (13 km) from the center of Ronda, Hotel Boutique Molino del Arco offers a peaceful rural escape with convenient access to city attractions like the Bullring and Puente Nuevo. The hotel is in a quiet area north of the city, surrounded by the Ronda Valley. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Ronda, where travelers can explore local restaurants, shops, and cultural sites.

Rooms & Bathrooms

The rooms at Hotel Boutique Molino del Arco exude a cozy and homely atmosphere with rustic yet modern decor. The rooms are decorated with canopies over beds, subtle floral decor, and rustic-style furniture, complemented by wrought iron chandeliers and headboards. Each room is individually designed, with terracotta tiled floors and high ceilings, particularly in the stable buildings. Room categories include Junior Suites, Suites, and Family Rooms, with features like private terraces, French doors, and large windows for plenty of natural light.

Amenities

The hotel has two outdoor pools set in lush gardens, perfect for leisurely swims during the warm months. One pool offers a sunny spot with gradual steps for easy access, while the smaller pool provides a shaded retreat in the courtyard. The on-site Restaurant Molino del Arco serves locally inspired dishes using fresh ingredients from the area and the hotel's garden, emphasizing local olive oil and wine.

Family-Friendliness

Hotel Boutique Molino del Arco welcomes families with room options like the Superior and Deluxe Family Rooms, which can accommodate up to four people. Interconnecting Junior Suites are ideal for families with older children. Cribs are available for infants, and the restaurant has a children's menu. Although the property isn't particularly stroller-friendly due to cobbled and grassy areas, ground-floor rooms and an elevator make navigation easier for families with young kids. The spacious gardens and pools offer plenty of space for children to play.
