The hotel transformed a medieval building constructed by those who built the neighboring mosque. You'll see hints of the Middle Ages, especially in the hotel's grand lobby with a large mural, chandelier, and beautiful inner courtyard.

You'll find Hotel Posada de Vallina directly across the street from the Mezquita-Catedral and around the corner from the Puente Romano. You can easily walk to the city's other sites, such as the Córdoba Synagogue and Plaza de la Corredera, in no more than 10 minutes.

Rooms & Bathrooms

Despite the historic appeal of the building with its grand lobby, the rooms feel left behind with fairly basic furnishings. All come with simple yet clean and modern bathrooms, plus a double bed, though families can request a triple room. Still, you can enjoy a few historical elements here and there, including wooden furniture and stone archways above the beds.

Other Highlights

You can't help but notice the building's history when spending time in the lavish lobby or the beautiful courtyard with brick walls, leafy greenery, and glass ceilings. Though the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, there's a café with coffee, drinks, and small snacks right on the property.
