Hôtel Lorette—Astotel, Paris

Extremely small and cramped. With two adults with l large suitcases, it was hard to even open both at the same time without placing one of the bed. You have to shuffle to get to the other side of the room. Shower didn’t get hot and didn’t drain well. No space for personal toiletries. Rooms only had one outlet on one side of the bed. Elevator could only fit one person w/ luggage at a time. Yes we knew it would be small and cramp based on the culture of Europe’s hotel but we didn't expect to be so uncomfortable. On a good note, Breakfast, lobby snacks and access to public transportation was great. The little restaurant straight across for the hotel had amazing food. Front desk host was very welcoming.

We had two rooms and one was def better than the other. The smaller had a shower curtain instead of door, which makes for a less enjoyable experience.
Otherwise location is perfect!

Best hotel we stayed at! Staff were friendy and accommodating, rooms were clean, breaksfast was fantastic with many choices, and complimentary snacks in the comfortable lobby all day was a real plus. This hotel is very family friendly and a great place to feel "at home".

Liked separation with teen traveling with us but bedroom had no lock.

Location was good close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was alright but not fantastic. They did lose our train passes that were supposed to be waiting at the front desk for us which was frustrating. If you are on the lower floors the subway/metro train can be loud. Rooms were clean and nice.

Clean rooms but shows its age. Floors are loud and shower is not setup for 2m tall Americans. Breakfast was delicious and front-desk service was incredibly helpful!

Excellent place and great customer service. A little further away from the main sights than we would have liked.

The hotel was placed closed to several cafes and restaurant and far enough from the noise of the city to enjoy our sleep. The breakfasts were to die for!! from the croissants to the cheese, it was a good way to start our days!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Our room was small but we wanted to cut the costs of trip - so no reason to complain!
