Hotel Villa di Sorrento, Amalfi Coast

Attentive staff. Lovely breakfast included. Great view of the sea from our room.

This hotel was not a good experience for us. The traffic in front of the hotel was constant and very loud (motorcycles, honking horns), and it didn’t stop until after midnight. With the exception of one young man, the front desk staff was not very friendly, any request we made seemed to bother them. They charged us to use a beach towel for our water excursions, which we did not expect. Also, the breakfast was very limited compared to all the other hotels. The only eggs included in the free breakfast were boiled, and they only had 3 or 4 eggs ready at 7:00 am. We had to boil them ourselves once they were taken, and we had to pay if we wanted fried eggs or omelets. We would not recommend this hotel. We would have preferred to be on a quieter street, even if the location was not as centrally located.

Shower was tight but otherwise room was very nice.

Outstanding hotel with beautiful room and terrace overlooking the city and the bay. Perfectly located steps away from the Piazza Tasso. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We loved staying here.

The location of this hotel was perfect . It was within a 2 minute walking distance to the central area where all the taxis converge, and restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walking distance.

This hotel was so iconic Italy. Impeccably clean, service was absolutely perfect and the location is optimal to enjoy the sights of Sorrento. Delicious breakfast and coffee as well. Nikola at The front desk was super helpful when we had questions about restaurants, directions, and whatever we needed for the room.

We loved it here. The most perfect location, wonderful staff, clean, modern, and comfortable rooms.

This hotel was gorgeous! And the location literally could not have been any better, right at the heart of the main square, stunning!
