Our family of 4 had 2 rooms at this hotel, of which one was just a poorly laid out and positioned room which though was unsatisfactory, in itself would not be a fair overall reflection of the hotel. But we had a case of bed bugs in the other room which is unacceptable. The hotel did immediately provide a change of room with out question when we complained. But the ease of their response only made us believe bed bugs is a prevalent problem they have, Read more
