Kimkim's Take
Authenticity
While in Málaga, you may notice the Larios name on buildings and streets, as the Marquisate of Larios was a noble family established by Queen Elizabeth II. The building that Only YOU occupies is where the family's palace once stood. Rebuilt after the Spanish Civil War and recently renovated, the reconstruction strived to maintain the building's heritage, which you'll see in many details around the hotel.Location
As the Larios family's old palace location, you'll be at the start of Calle Marqués de Larios, a popular pedestrian shopping street lined with beautiful buildings. The hotel also sits across from the port and next to Paseo del Muelle Uno and Málaga Park, plus within 10 minutes of walking to the Alcazaba, Cathedral, and Mercado Central de Atarazanas.Rooms & Bathrooms
Only YOU Málaga has many room types, from a classic category to suites with terraces and outdoor lounges. All have a fresh, airy boutique vibe with light wooden features, pops of whites and blacks, king beds, and a selection of pillows. Bathrooms feel luxurious with rainfall showers, robes, and automatic lighting, and some feature soaking tubs. Other in-room amenities include Nespresso machines and professional-grade hair tools.Amenities
The hotel's highlight is the Lolita Skyview Pool & Lounge, located on the eighth floor of the hotel. It features a small infinity pool overlooking the sea and the Málaga harbor, a terrace with hammock-style loungers, and a bar where travelers can order poolside drinks and snacks. The hotel's gym is open 24/7. Only YOU Hotel is accessible and has rooms for travelers with limited mobility.Family-Friendliness
Children are welcome at the hotel, but Only YOU Hotel Málaga limits room occupancy to two adults and one child, complicating matters for families with multiple children. The hotel is adult-oriented, and there are no dedicated amenities for children or kids' menus. The hotel is stroller-friendly.Other Highlights
Only YOU Hotel Málaga features two restaurants, each with a full bar: Carmen (on the ground floor) and Lola (on the 7th floor with terrace seating and views of Málaga). Breakfast/brunch, lunch, and dinner menus are served at both venues. Carmen offers a sushi pop-up most evenings. The Lolita Skyview Pool & Lounge (open daily from 10 am to 1 am), on the 8th floor, has a food menu and a full bar, as well.Like what you see?
