My stay at the OSAKA EXCEL HOTEL TOKYU was a bit disappointing. The room was smaller than expected and the hotel seemed a bit tired. The four-star rating promised didn't match the reality, as it felt more like a three and a half star hotel according to hotels.com. The room was so small that it was difficult to find a place for our suitcases. I didn't feel like the hotel offered full housekeeping, although we could request certain services. Overall, I was not thrilled with this accommodation.

I was not pleased with my stay at the Hotel Green Plaza Hakone. The hotel was old, outdated, and didn't feel very clean. I was quite disappointed because I had to set up the futons myself, which I didn't expect. The linens provided were not appropriate for the setting. However, the view of Mount Fuji from the hotel was spectacular and the best part of the stay.

I had a fantastic time during the Osaka Walking and Local Food tour. There was a small group of 8 of us and it was excellent!

The Osaka-Nara day trip was a memorable experience. It was supposed to be a group tour but ended up just being us! The private guide provided was excellent and the inclusion of transportation, which wasn't explicitly stated in the tour description, was a pleasant surprise.
