It was so easy planning a trip with Hakim, he managed to organize our trip very quickly and thoroughly. It took the stress and time out of planning it myself. Very helpful to have a tour company who knows the country and to organize all the main highlights, accommodations, tours etc. It was also very nice to have a personal driver for all the long drives who knew where to stop to eat and visit.

Hotel Reviews
Ksar Anika
Marrakech

It was a clean and friendly hotel with a nice spacious room for a family of four. The bathroom shower was terrible, no shower panel so water everywhere and took forever to get hot and poor water pressure. This was a common theme in most accommodation we had in Morocco. The location was convenient for our driver to collect and drop us off, we didn't have to wander through the medina. Breakfast was lovely but a bit slow when we were in a hurry to leave for early for our tours. Also we found that all places served far too much so it seems such a waste when we couldn't eat it all.

Authenticity & Character
typical riad with central pool and mix of mosaic tiles and nice rooftop terrace with view.
Location
our car could pick us up and didn't have to walk through medina
Staff

Cleanliness & Comfort
main bed was comfortable but the twin beds for kids could have had more pillows/blankets. The bathroom plumbing/shower needs sorting.
Kasbah Titrit
Ait Ben Haddou

It was a very unique place to stay. Not many guests staying the night we did so felt a bit eerie. The food was good and authentic but again far too much for us to eat. It was nice to be able to have some wine with dinner though!

Authenticity & Character
old moroccan kasbah
Location
probably only decent place to stay on our route to Sahara but not somewhere I'd go out of my way to stay.
Staff
We didn't interact much but the restaurant and reception staff very nice
Cleanliness & Comfort
the bathrooms could have more lighting and proper shower
Riad Madu Desert Camps
Merzouga

This was the highlight of our trip, such a fabulous place to stay. Comfortable bests, hot showers and even wifi! The dinner and breakfast were delicious and the whole setup of the camp very cool. We took a camel ride to the camp and a 4 wheel drive back to our driver. Lots of fun!

Riad El Yacout
Fès

A relatively big riad but down a dark alley so not the most inviting approach but I think most riads in Fes are like that. We had some problems with a banging noise one night next door but the hotel staff took care of it right away. Nice big bedroom suite for 4 but again the plumbing in the bathroom so old it look forever for hot water etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't realize we had booked half-board so didn't have dinner at the hotel but the breakfasts were good (too much again) The coffee could have been stronger!

Lina Ryad & Spa
Chefchaouen

Lovely bright top floor rooms with views over the city but with all the windows it was noisy at night from people down in the street. Breakfast good and staff friendly. A small hotel with a pool and spa which we didn't have time to use.

Le Casablanca Hotel
Casablanca

Very nice hotel, typical 5 star with great facilities. Lovely art deco design and outdoor terrace bar.
