Perfect first family trip! ❤️🇻🇳

We travelled to Vietnam as a family of four that included our 4 and 2 year old daughters. The whole process was so well thought out by our travel agent, Minh. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was smooth and available for the duration of our entire trip on WhatsApp.

A few hiccups along the way that was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Minh checked in from time to time during our trip in Vietnam and that was greatly appreciated - especially knowing it was our first time travelling abroad with young children. The activities were well thought out and very manageable for everyone.

The guides we had were wonderful, Bobby in Hanoi were great with our children. So much so that they were sad when we had to move on to a different city and wanted him to come with us! All the guides we had were so patient, knowledgeable and localised. We had Ben for one day in HCM and really enjoyed his food recommendations including a visit to the Maison chocolate shop that wasn’t on the itinerary!

Special mention for Mr Hai who took us down the Mekong Delta. He felt more like an enthusiastic uncle than a tour guide and very generously shared his own experience of growing up in the area. We really enjoyed our time with him and his patience with our girls.
