We had an amazing 13 day tour of Sydney, Port Douglas and Melbourne during Dec 24-Jan 25 arranged via Kim Kim Tours. Special thanks to Ms Vicky who made sure all travel arrangements were made to our satisfaction. Hotel accommodations were perfect. Vicky was also very responsive during out travel days and was easily accessible to us via WhatsApp to answer last minute questions and reservations for tourist activities.
I would highly recommend Kim Kim and especially Ms. Vicky if you happen to be planning a tour to Australia.

The AC in the bus provided for our tour group was not functioning which made half of the day very stressful fighting the heat and humidity. The transport company should really pay attention to the conditions of their vehicles.

The quality of buses can be improved . This is a +13 hour trip. The buses used are very small for a 24 people group. In summer days, AC in the buses is not able to cope up. See review of Philip island for more details
