This was a a surprise only 3/4 years old a real special place clean inviting pool to spend a long day of sun and relaxation.

Definitely bong miss this one a family owned Great Barrier Reef excursion done right. Great Staff Well trained and safe guides Great Lunch After dive snacks And cake and fruit all day Great long snorkel and Dive time on the reef

What a tremendous experience. We learned a lot, and the direct encounters with the animals exceeded our expectations. Importantly, these interactions were managed in a way that put the animals health and safety first.

Terrific trip with great guide. The nature beauty of the landscape was amazing. And our guide Chris did a fantastic job.

The reef speaks for itself, but the crew on the boat was amazing. They really looked out for everyone and made the trip special. One of the best snorkeling experiences we've had.

We saw the penguin parade, as well as the Koala habitat and pyramid rock. Our guide, Adam, did a great job taking us to the right places and spotting the local wildlife.

We visited four wineries. We also asked to visit a dairy farm and the tour company made that happen (it was nice to have a cheese break from the wine). We finished with a visit to the chocolate factory. It was a great trip.

We had a nice drive out to the blue mountains. There are some amazing views, but I am not sure that they were worth the time it took to get out there.

This was a nice way to see the city from the water. Very relaxing on a nice night. It is not a must do, but it was a cool way to see the city and the harbor.

Excellent accommodations and great location

Room was pretty small. Restaurant was very limited except for breakfast. Not great views. Staff was not very knowledgeable but friendly.

Relatively new hotel near town center but still a pretty long walk. Rooms were small

Room was spacious. Well located and an easy walk to town center. Staff was excellent. Great breakfast buffet. Bar and restaurant overlooks the lake.

Great stops along the way and well worth a full day trip.

Guide was very knowledgeable and was able to show us the important features and history in an hour.

Food was good. Not the highest level Penfolds wines but still good. Excellent way to experience the Sydney Harbour.

This is a really long day of about 10+ hours. Milford sound is great and a must see if you are in Queenstown. But it’s primarily seeing waterfalls while cruising the fjord..

During our recent stay, we encountered a few disappointing experiences. Firstly, the front desk staff, particularly Alex, was quite unwelcoming and came across as dismissive. His tone and manner of assistance felt biased, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, our room was not cleaned even after multiple requests. It was dusty, and toiletries were provided only upon request—something unexpected at a 5-star hotel. We were also surprised that water was chargeable. While there are refill stations on each floor, it would have been more thoughtful to provide at least one filled water bottle in the room upon arrival. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming, with only an à la carte option offering one item and one drink per person. More variety and flexibility would be appreciated. On a positive note, the location is convenient, being close to the CBD, and the room design is quite good. However, given the level of service, it’s difficult to recommend this property.

We loved the thoughtful design of the room, especially the addition of a complete kitchen unit, which was perfect for travelers wanting to prepare their own meals. It truly added to the comfort of our stay. The staff, apart from the initial experience at check-in, were generally welcoming and helpful, which we really appreciated.

The trip was planned very well the only request is to provide more time for breakfast as 15 mins are not sufficient.

Steffani our tour guide,driver was amazing she was very nice. The lunch spot was amazing the food was tasty. Liked leisure tour group as the lunch provided was included in the package. Also, she stopped at seal colony for us to see them which was something which is highly recommended.

Dave was too good,very knowledgeable and entertaining. I like that cheeky kiwi provide with water bottle n snacks.It would have been great if they included the ice cream tasting from their end.

The best part of our stay was the Daily Buffet Breakfast. Thank you!

The Drive was very long and therefore, very tiring, however, we really liked our driver and guide. The vehicle was small and uncomfortable.

Beautiful spot. Very intimate and quiet. The staff is excellent and the food is incredible!
