My daughter and I spent my birthday in Colombia and had a first class experience! The guides were so knowledgeable and really cared to get to know us and provide personal experience. We learned so much on each tour. I loved the fruit, bread, and milk tasting in the market in Bogota and the trip to Monserrate. In Medellin, the coffee farm tour was first rate, definitely a highlight for the whole trip. Also, our guide took us to some of his favorite local cuisines which I loved. My daughter got to climb Guatape with him in record time which is a memory she will always cherish. My daughter also enjoyed walking the streets of Cartagena and learning about the culture. The day trip to Tierra Bomba was great too. There was an issue with one of the flights and the tour company took care of it immediately which shows the professionalism and experience of the team. Overall, amazing time

Great location, hot water took a little time to warm up though. They gave special treat for Bonvoy members which was nice
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. Rooftop view is amazing, food was fabulous and spa was also wonderful
Very friendly helpful staff. Great AC in rooms for hot days. Rooftop pool was very nice
