The entire planning process was wonderful. Beatriz was a pleasure to work with and very responsive for developing a customized Itinerary. The serviced provided went beyond planning our trip. During the trip Bea stayed in contact with us and ensured we had support of weekends. Rita who was available on the weekend also went above and beyond to resolve an minor tour issue. This team is outstanding.
