I wanted to thank you and you team for planning an amazing trip to the Galápagos Islands. We were extremely happy with all of our accommodations, especially our hotel in Santa Cruz. The staff at the Acacia Hotel was wonderful, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed all of our excursions, especially our snorkeling excursion on Isabella Island. Our guide Darwin was fantastic. I will definitely use kimkim again.
