Loved our first visit to Casablanca and Marrakesh

We had fantastic guides in both Casablanca and Marrakesh. Our driver, Said, was just exceptional. He really went above and beyond being our driver, giving us interesting information as he drove us from place to place, and even walking along with us during our camel ride, so he could take fantastic pictures of us. We absolutely loved Le Casablanca Hotel. La Maison Arabe was one of the best hotels we’ve ever seen. The one hotel we weren’t really thrilled with was the Sofitel in Casablanca. Very nice staff, but it’s an old hotel in need of some maintenance, including the air conditioning. Surprising the hotel is rated five star online. Other than that, we had a really wonderful trip to Morocco, and would love to return and see more of this beautiful country.

This was a beautiful hotel in a quiet, residential part of the city. Our rooms were beautiful, and we had absolutely no complaints.
The hotel in Marrakech was exquisite. Our rooms were beautiful, and the location was great. Loved it.
We only stayed here for only a night but it wasn't our favorite. The hotel is a bit old compared to the other hotels we stayed in. The air conditioning didn't work well, but the staff was fabulous!
Activity Reviews
Our guide in Casablanca was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He used to work for the airlines and suggested some great places to visit. Although we were a bit jet-lagged and our tour was only about five hours, he was willing to spend the whole day with us if we wanted.
Our driver truly went above and beyond for our camel ride in Agafay Desert. He not only drove us there but also walked along with the camels and took some of the best pictures we have from the trip!
The evening food tour in Marrakesh was really enjoyable. We did some shopping for spices and oils to bring home as well. Overall, it was a nice experience. We had a wonderful guide for all of our tours in Marrakesh.
