kimkim is a gem! We booked with them for Norway last year and Buenos Aires and Patagonia this year. This will continue to be our go-to travel agency. The ability to customize a trip, remain as independent as desired, and receive reliable help with locals while traveling is priceless. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, kind, and very knowledgeable.

With keen listening skills, Mery patiently developed a customized travel plan that met our unique desires and needs. Once booked, we had the support of Antonella, who continued to work out more specific details for the trip and actually book all of our hotels, excursions, and transfers.

During the trip, as questions or requests arose, Antonella and the customer service team responded quickly and made adaptations that really helped our family enjoy this trip.
