Antonia created an itinerary that fulfilled our every need and even planned for experiences we didn't know we needed! Every transfer we had was greeted with a pleasant driver. Everyone was on time and helpful with information. We flew into Dubrovnik from NJ and had a day to relax at the beautiful outdoor pool and lounges at a fantastic hotel picked by Antonia. Hotel More. Of course we did the Game of Thrones tour in old town and Antonia chose a great guide for us that could balance the 3 different age groups and the heat wave. After 2 days and great food and people we were off to Hvar, my favorite stop! Again Antonia chose a lovely hotel, Adriana, that was perfect! In Hvar Antonia set up a tour that brought us over the mountains to the other side of the island with a great tour and dinner included. We saw a few smaller towns and loved every minute. The next day she booked us on a speed boat to visit the blue and green caves and go for swims in a few different alcove beaches. Spending a day on the water with Dominick's tour company (Antonia wins again) felt like I was living the life of the rich and famous! He brought us to an amazing restaurant on a small island (also all part of our package) and we had an amazing meal. Next stop was traveling to a small town and finding my family heritage in Dragova, on Dugi Otok. Antonia found the perfect guide who did lots of research before we went. She was history buff and proved that when she was also our walking tour guide in Zadar. She knew when to give us private time to spread my grandmother's ashes and have our remembrance and she was lots of fun too. Our last stop in Zagreb was met with another great walking tour guide and lots of recommendations for our last 24 hours! It was the vacation of a lifetime and I will be happy to plan with Kim Kim for our next EU trip to Italy!!

We had an amazing time in Croatia! In a bit less than a week we managed to fit in Dubrovnik, Kocula, and Split without feeling like we were rushing. We also had a walking tour, scuba diving, snorkeling, a bike tour (with wine!), and white water rafting. I have to mention Alberto, our walking tour guide in Dubrovnik, he was especially excellent, extremely knowledgeable, and catered the tour to us. I also have to mention Antonio who took us snorkeling in Korcula, he was very pleasant and took us to some amazing sports.

Robi planned the perfect family vacation for us in Croatia and was a professional informative and wonderful guide. Everything was high class and executed perfectly from the airport transfers, city transfers, hotel check ins and activities/tours. I will refer many to him and beautiful Croatia.

We had a fabulous trip in Croatia. Sarah did a wonderful job taking care of all our needs. Logistics went off perfectly, from our car transports, hotel accommodations, dinner reservations, and boat rides. We loved Korchula Island and a special highlight was Leo our boat driver. He was so much fun and went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best time. Highly recommend KimKim and Sarah. We will be using KimKim again!

When you travel, help is most needed when you need to deal with the unexpected. During my stay, I had higher than normal internet connectivity needs, which were completely unrelated to our booking. Robi did everything to help me, including contracting services with local companies and offering me his own internet. This is just an example of someone who understands that your experience depends on everything you live during your stay and not just a list of prearranged services. I would encourage anyone that wants peace of mind to book with Robi any trip. Fun is guaranteed but, if something goes wrong, you can rest assured that there is someone always ready to go the extra mile to help you.

Our guide and travel guide, Robert Pinčević, was exceptional. From guiding us on early planning to closely managing our trip while in Croatia, his level of local knowledge and concierge service was 5-star. Robi helped my husband and I custom design a 10 day trip throughout the Dalmatian cost including Split, Hvar, Korcula and Dubrovnik. He understood the type of trip we wanted to create which was a mix of cultural experiences, outdoor activities and relaxing down time. He was really able to anticipate our needs based on the information we gave him and execute flawlessly. All of our transportation to and from airports/ports/hotels was seamless which can be a little be complicated and hectic during the busy summer travel season. Some of the highlights of the trip were excursions to Krka national park and a private boat tour of the Elaphiti islands off the coast of Dubrovnik. Robi also lined us up with local guides in Split, Dubrovnik and an excursion to Ston that were exceptional. By having a local, Croatian, like Robi plan and manage our trip, experience was elevated by removing much of the stress associated with travel, especially in a place we weren’t previously familiar with. Another element which deserves pointing out is that Robi was able to roll with a few last minute changes to our set schedule. If we required a little bit of a late start for a tour or wanted to move up the departure for the inter-island ferry, Robi was on top of it and made it happen. He was also avail to us 24/7 by WhatsApp for ongoing questions we had throughout the trip. Robi’s a very knowledgeable professional who helped us fall in love with such a beautiful country. We will definitely be back and would use him again in a heartbeat.

We cannot recommend this company enough. We went on a trip with a few adults and several children, and the experience they delivered for us was simply amazing. They focused relentlessly on making sure that everything would work for us, displaying a mix of knowledge, flexibility, patience, and attention to every detail that I have never seen. From the way they set up the trip, by asking for a copy of our passports so that when we could check in hotels fairly quickly, to the way that they paid attention to every single detail including bike sizes, helmet sizes, etc, this company and their CEO Robi were totally focused on making our trip a magic experience. They took us to places that we would not have discovered on our own, and that were not flooded by tourists. The plan was molded to our preferences, the execution was very effective and adapted flexibly to our evolving needs. Can’t recommend them enough.

Antonia planned an absolutely wonderful trip to Croatia for us. We went to Dubrovnik, Korcula, and Split. At each place she planned activities for us while leaving us enough time to recharge and relax. The accommodations she chose for us were impeccable. If we had a question or a change all we needed was to ask. We had just the correct mix of cultural, natural and gastronomical activities.

She was always available for us to take care of the smallest issues. We forgot a few items and she went out of her way to call stores to find if they were in stock. My son got sick for a day and she arranged for a doctor to see us. We never felt unsupported with her just a phone call away.

You will never regret having Antonia as your planner. She is absolutely wonderful.

I'll start by saying that I have never used a tour guide or a tour company prior to working with Robi through KimKim. But, once I started sharing the type of vacation we were looking for, it was immediately obvious that we were in excellent hands. Robi planned a customized itinerary that exceeded all expectations! We are a family of three (mom, dad and 14-year old teen) who wanted a multi-sport adventure that would be fun for all and avoid the touristy areas. Robi exceeded all expectations! It was SO much fun and he took care of EVERY detail and all the logistics--from airport transportation, to hotels, to activities and everything in between. We swam in beautiful sea caves, toured the coast by boat, e-biked the wine country, kayaked among the oyster farms, had the most delicious grilled calamari, went to a secret beach (shhh!) and raced around on jet skis in Zuljana! I asked Robi if there were places I could go for a run in Ston (where we stayed) and he was kind enough to map out a new run for each day were there. Robi is also extremely knowledgeable about all-things-Croatia, so we learned so much about Croatian history, politics and people. Suffice it to say, there is no way I could have planned this much fun on my own. I can't imagine going back to Croatia unless Robi came with us! :)

Our family of four had a wonderful trip to Croatia thanks to the thorough and excellent planning and support of Nikola. From our first correspondence through to the last day of our trip, Nikola was responsive, helpful, and really customized our trip to be an amazing experience for us. He had great ideas, gave excellent advice, and really shaped a trip that let us experience the country in unique ways.

We especially enjoyed our guided walk through Plitvice National Park, our tour of Hvar with Grgo, and our sea kayaking tour with Boris. All of our guides were so knowledgeable and we also really appreciated that Nikola partnered with family-owned companies working to provide different perspectives and experiences to their clients.

Every one of our transfers and guided experiences was smooth - on time, well-organized, and professional. And our accommodations were amazing. As a family with 2 kids, when we initially started looking for accommodations in Croatia on our own, we were running into a lot of challenges because most accommodations labeled “family suites” were really only designed to sleep 3 people. It would have been very difficult and time-consuming for me to locate on my own the excellent hotels that Nikola found. Locations were great, hosts were friendly and helpful with advice, breakfasts were wonderful. Finally, in the places where Nikola suggested a certain location for our family (such as Trogir over Split or Starigrad over Hvar town), they were 100% the right recommendation for what we were looking for.

It is hard to pick our favorite places in Croatia - we were glad we visited each place we did, But some of the ones that stand out are Plitvice, Trogir, Stari Grad (on Hvar island) and Korcula.

Bruno was very responsive during the entire planning process, he was flexible to changes and he reached out just prior to my trip and after arrival to make sure any last minute concerns were addressed. He gave me valuable insight into the local culture to make sure my travels were seamless. I took most of my tour primarily with Luka, his correspondent in Istria, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The trip was unhurried, leisurely, and flexible depending on what we felt like that day. We were the only ones he worked with the entire week, so we weren't herded along with a tour group. He grew up in the area and knew a lot of people we passed. We visited places that aren't typically accessible for tourists walking by. The area was beautiful, but I felt like I learned so much more about the culture and history when Luka was with us. The driving can be tricky, and during the summer months parking was tight, Luka drove us everywhere, and sorted out parking so we could relax and drink wine if we wanted. If you plan a vacation here, do yourself a favor and work with Bruno and Luka. You will get so much more from your trip.

Truffle hunting in Istria

The truffle hunting was such a unique experience. I missed my calling to work with dogs and wander through beautiful natural forests. Our guide was a 3rd generation truffle hunter/cultivator, it was very cool to see him at work. The new tasting room has large glass windows for breathtaking views while you sample food and watch a cooking demonstration using truffle products. My friend thought she didn't like truffles, but changed her mind after this trip.

This was a very nice tour, with breathtaking views of Motovun at a terrace owned by a friend of our guide. Kabola winery was so picturesque, it was like something straight out of a movie. Groznjan is still one of my favorite spots in all of Croatia, it's a beautiful artist town with many festivals and beautiful streets. Luka took us for coffee on a cafe on a cliff. We enjoyed coffee and he pointed out landmarks and described their stories.

Kayaking in the Lim channel was my favorite! The waters were calm and the views were amazing. Luka brought coffee, bananas, and chocolate croissants (the chocolate is legit) to eat halfway through the trip. Do choose to do the oyster tasting, just for the experience. Porec was lovely, made better because Luka grew up there and knew a lot about the town, the architecture and about the Basilica we visited.

The water is extra salty in the area and very buoyant, it's very easy to kayak through the waters here and Luka was a great host. We visited islands and he told us about how they came to be how they are. Perfect for our last day in Rovinj because we started early and ended in the early afternoon.

Luka spent as much or as little time at each island as we liked. He also brought hot coffee in a thermos and croissants and bananas for a snack. He took us to a cliff with a beautiful view of the waters to drink our coffee.

Sarah is amazing. She sent us a preliminary itinerary after we told her the types of activities we want to do and places we want to go to. She then patiently and quickly modify the itinerary based on our inputs. Sarah handles all the accommodation and restaurant bookings, making the planning part of our trip extremely easy. Throughout the trip, Sarah stays in touch with us through texts, answering our questions like "where's the closest place to buy milk", coordinating with our boat captain to ensure there are floaties on the boat (we have some weak swimmers), and making sure we know where to meet our tour guides in each city.

The local tours are informational and fun, content tailored to our two boys to keep them engaged. The AirBnb hosts are friendly and helpful, helping us carrying luggages up stairs and offering suggestions on where to eat and what to do.

We were two sisters travelling to Croatia for the first time, this was our first experience planning a trip with the support of a travel agent and it was incredible. Nikola suggested an itinerary and we had a phone call to go over feedback, and once we all agreed, Nikola arranged so we were able to each pay half. We met Nikola in Zagreb, where he gave us a small gift and the printed version of the itinerary we both had access to online. Throughout the trip, he sent us nightly texts to summarize the next day’s plan, helped us secure dinner reservations, and was able to get us a refund on a last minute cancellation when we changed our mind. He was so responsive, kind, and helpful. Overall an excellent experience!!

My partner, D'Wayne and I agree this was the most memorable trip we have experienced!
Sarah was phenomenal throughout the entire process, from planning, pre-trip details, all along the trip and send off to home! We created a WhatsApp group text and it was so easy to exchange details as the trip progressed! While it wasn't required to stay in contact, she was always a text message away if anything came up!
It became very obvious that all of the vendors/guides/drivers selected were well vetted and high quality! We felt very cared for - all the little details were covered.
We visited 4 cities and 1 national park along the way over the course of 11 days - we loved the walking historical and food tours! We learned a ton! We have a private boat excursion from Split to Hvar that was amazing! We chose to stay in AirBnBs and they were all 5 star locations - well appointed and conveniently located! One evening in Dubrovnik, we traveled outside the city to a family farm and enjoyed an intimate meal prepared with food they grew onsite. There were so many highlights on this trip and this was arguably the best!
We are so thankful for the support and care we received! We are looking forward to a return trip to Croatia and we will certainly leverage Kimkim.com again for our future trips! I have already recommended it to all of our friends and family!

He asked us questions to gauge our interests and was considerate of the heat - positioning us in the shade to share info, acknowledged where we were walking etc. He provided food recommendations that were well received. Robi was very helpful in planning our family trip to Croatia. He gave sound advice about where to stay along the coast, and arranged two experiences for us: wine tasting on the Pelješac Peninsula, and a catamaran tour of the Elafiti Islands, both highlights of our trip. While Robi was unable to join us, he was available to answer all of our questions via text, and arranged for his colleague, Goran to be our guide. Goran was not only friendly and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to make our time in Dalmatia special. Both Robi and Goran have my highest recommendation.

Sarah and Ivan organized our 16 day trip to Croatia and no detail was left out. Our trip was amazing from starting in Ljublana- Lake Bled, Truffle hunting, Pula-Collesium, Rovinj, Plitvice Lakes, Split, Hvar-private boat tour, hiking w private guides, finishing w private trips in Ston, wine tasting and Montenegro. The guides were amazing all driving Mercedes cars or vans and so helpful if we wanted to stop for pictures.
Sarah and Ivan were amazing and communicated with us or the guides daily. Sarah made sure every detail was layed out and that we were happy before the trip was confirmed. We even changed a trip mid stream less than 12 hours the day before and Sarah graciously accommodated our request.
This experience couldn't have been better-we loved the private tours, hospitality of all guides, flexibility and ease of communications from Sarah and Ivan!!
We will use KimKim travel again!!

Tanya picked us up at Dubrovnik and showed us her beautiful hometown, Cavtat, and took us to the local farm where they cooked an amazing Peka for us and explained the history of their family farm and the local food they prepare.

Baldo, who spent a whole day with us, drove us to Ston Bay, came on the boat with us for an Oyster tasting experience with Mario, and accompanied us to our wine tastings, finally taking us to our next location, Korchula, and sadly having to say goodbye to him!

Korchula is for sure a hidden gem, a beautiful town! Worth visiting, and Sarah booked us the hotel with the best views of the old town.

We took a ferry to Hvar (one of the most famous islands!), the captain and crew of the ferry were the nicest! Hvar is also a really beautiful and vivid town, with a lot of nightlife. The eye-opening activity on Hvar was our biking tour. Grgo made us fall in love with Hvar! He showed us his hometown and small villages like Jelsa, all biking! We also saw the most beautiful beaches on the island, I believe, and even met his friends! Grgo took us to his winery where we had another amazing wine tasting!

It has been amazing to be with local people who are so passionate and proud of their culture and traditions!

Let me just say this trip was perfection from beginning to end! Bruno was so helpful and planned our trip with just the right amounts of culture, beaches, and authentic experiences! I contacted him almost daily to help with a suggestion or switch a reservation and he always responded quickly and was happy to help. We met Robi while traveling from Korcula to Dubrovnik and we loved him!!!!! He took us on the most breathtaking bike ride to a secluded winery and then to a family owned restaurant where they cooked fresh fish over open coals….. probably the best meal of my life! He also was our boat captain while we toured the islands and he gave us a better experience than we could have ever dreamed! They are locals so they know all of the hidden gems if you want to get away from the busy touristy areas. My husband and I both agree this trip was flawless! We are definitely going back to Croatia and using Bruno and Robi again!!!
