Waaahhh, this place is perfect to pause and relax. Christos and Eva have been both extremely warm and friendly! Christos was always helpful, he toured us around, gave us recommendations where to eat, gave us directions where to walk around. He kept us safe althroughout our tour around Santorini, making sure we have the best experience. Hotel was quiet and serene, away from the busy villages. It was kept clean everyday. Foods served were fresh every morning. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We booked KimKim to go to Greece for our honeymoon and loved it! Our local specialist Chris was very flexible especially when we first started booking with KimKim. We had lots of questions as we tried to navigate the best flow for our trip, and each time he took our ideas and paired it with his recommendations to create a fantastic itinerary! Throughout our trip Chris was very reliable and always provided clarification to any of our questions in a timely manner. Our tour guide in Athens (Johanna) and our sommelier in Santorini (Nick) were fantastic additions to our honeymoon as they were friendly, personable, highly knowledgeable guides who clearly love what they do! We couldn’t have asked for a more special honeymoon… from the views in Santorini to the beautiful cruise along the caldera to its spectacular sunsets to the cooking and wine tasting experiences. Five days in Santorini was definitely a great recommendation as it allowed us to get to know the entire island personally. We were also very happy and comfortable with the transportation and living accommodations arranged by KimKim all throughout our stay. We would love to use KimKim for another travel adventure in the future!

We love cooking so this was definitely a very meaningful highlight of our trip! Chef Chris was fantastic. He was very personable and passionate about Mediterranean cuisine. He gave us very clear instructions during the cooking process and even handed out recipe cards at the end of the tour which we appreciated! The opportunity to enjoy the whole lunch with gorgeous views atop the restaurant was an added bonus to the experience! Perfect group size too, allowed for a more personalized experience.

12 days in Crete. Time well spent from the mountain tops from hiking to the relaxing beach days and a bit of the city life. I left the planning to Sienna and Lea from KimKim! I let them know my interests and must dos. They did not disappoint! From the pickups to excursions that were planned for me, I have no words for the people and their knowledge, hospitality and love for their country and profession was remarkable. Hand chosen hotels were in great locations. My favourite was in Chania, Mirabile luxury suites, the host and staff always willing to give suggestions on where to eat and best places for site seeing.
So many memories but if I had to choose, my favourite was hiking to Preveli beach with my tour guide George. Highly recommend having him guide you on any hike.

The whole trip was excellent, Crete is a beautiful island. We excursions that were booked for us were great. The tour of seven villages ended being a private tour for the four of us and our driver/guide Nikos was excellent. We quite enjoyed the Trip Imbros Gorge, an amazing place to walk. It was unfortunate that our trip to the Samaria Gorge was cancelled but greatly appreciated Lea’s prompt notification of this and the alternatives she provided to us. All and all the trip was great as was KimKim’s help.

We created beautiful memories in Greece due to the hard work and organization of our loyal and dedicated people at Kim Kim. Not just planning our day to day activities, but providing transportation by private car, airplane or ferry to these activities or islands were taken care of. Our responsibilities just included having fun . Antonis of Kim Kim booked the most beautiful and accommodating hotels for us in Athens, Naxos and Santorini. Each hotel, was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We were updated everyday about the day's agenda and who would be meeting us at our hotel to bring us to various activities. Any questions or concerns that we may have come across, was just a call away via What's App. We are forever grateful to the care and attention used to plan our trip, because you truly created a dream trip for the 4 of us. I really enjoyed our tour to Acropolis and Parthenon. Our tour guide Katarina was very informative, knowledgeable. The food tour was delicious! That was a great start to our trip.
Meeting Thanos for coffee made us feel welcomed. His thoughtfulness provided us with confidence to enjoy this adventure.
My favorite place was Mykonos! I had so much fun exploring the labyrinth town, the famous beautiful windmills, and a few beaches! The day cruise to the archaeological site at Delos and learning about the birthplace of the twin gods Apollo an Artemis the Sun and the moon was inspiring.
I’m not one to jump into the waters, but am so happy that I had the chance to swim in the warm, turquoise blue waters! Just amazing!
Santorini was amazing place to explore, the beautiful white buildings setting along the side of the steep hillside are a site to see in both day and night! The red, and black beaches are beautiful, and the food, sunsets and drinks are refreshing.
The bus tour was nice, but the tour guide voice was a bit high, hard to listen to. I enjoyed the lunch that was provided and touring their wine cellar was a nice touch.
I would recommend KimKim 100%. And if I ever have another chance to go exploring again I will coordinate the trip through you!

Some issues with time zones, pricing, and feedback prevent me from giving this 5-stars. However, I would definitely use Kimkim again. The trip was fantastic and largely hassle free.

The local guides were particularly good, especially for the olive tasting and the trips to Sparta and the fortresses in the southwest. Everyone was on time, everyone was reliable. The hotels were good and as advertised. It was the easiest personalized trip I’ve ever had, and one of the best trips in my life.

The trip and the organization of the trip was perfect. Starting with the pick up in Athens to the Plaka Hotel (the staff was great and helpful). Faye, our guide to the Acropolis and Museum was outstanding. Fun and personable, extremely knowledgeable and listened to us when we needed to take a few breaks. Would recommend her to everyone. Great dining at the rooftop restaurant at the Plaka hotel as well! The people in Athens were very open to sharing information and very kind. The trip to Naxos was great, boat ride was easy and fun! The driver was great and the Ippokampos hotel was lovely, rooms were very clean, they accommodated us since we arrived early. Aumetria, Ervis,V and LinLin all went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and to educate us on loval lore, the women who cleaned our rooms every day was also amazing but did not catch her name. Katia was our tour guide who loved sharing the local customs and knowledge of all thing Naxos and how they tie into the other islands. Very amazing day and would recommend Katia to everyone! Loved the food to table experiences during the entire trip! Next was Santorini. Again, transportation arrangements were spot on! While there were alot of stairs it was good exercise for us, just took us a little longer 😁. The accommodations were beautiful and relaxing. Met great people at the hotel who will be long distance friends. Chris who manned the pool bar was outstanding, fun, kind, energetic and shared his island knowledge with us. The wine tour with Elsa was fun, relaxing and entertaining. Great tour and another amazing guide who shared her knowledge and love of the local wine industry. The Vanilla Restaurant also was a great place to dine with excellent food. This trip was truly amazing and the detail that you all put into the itinerary before our trip and during our trip was priceless to me. I didn’t have to plan or worry about a thing (which is my job when I am working! So I have some understanding of what goes into your detailed planning). This detail may be more than you were looking for and I just wanted to thank you and make sure you know you and the whole team is appreciated! I have passed on your name to a few of my colleagues who will be planning trips in the future to Greece and Italy.

Mariliza planned the perfect trip for us and made the entire process (from planning to arrival through departure) absolutely seamless! We had the same drivers helping us with pickup/drop off and it was so nice to not think at all about calling taxis or Ubers. Each of the tours felt like ones we would have chosen ourselves but without having to do all the research to make sure they were well reviewed and up to our standards. We had a great balance of guided tours/learning about local culture and relaxation/free time. During the trip Mariliza was so helpful with adjusting times if we wanted to leave a little earlier or later for activities. This was our first time leaving our trip planning up to a travel agent and we would absolutely do it again. We had a great trip - thank you so much!

The room was so modern and beautiful and had a large patio overlooking the other islands and caldera. The hotel/rooms were built on the side of the cliff so there were many steps. The pool had a beautiful view and there was a bar where you could also order lunch type meals. Food/drinks were great and Chris, the bartender, provided excellent service. Breakfast was also included and very good.

at the top of the cliff, there were many nice restaurants and shops. The steps from our room to the top of the cliff were many and difficult for us due to our age. If you took your time and rested when needed, it was manageable and worth staying there.

Antonis was incredible in setting up our trip. We had a lot of specific requests that he handled perfectly. He was also very responsive - even after the trip began. We loved the different hotels that we stayed in and our drivers were always prompt and courteous, especially Mr. Dimitris Papadogiannis and Mr. Andreas Chatzisymeon.
Our private tour guide in Athens, Mrs. Zakia Koutsogianni , was wonderful as well. We had a fabulous walking tour fo Plaka and the Acropolis. She was very thorough and knows all the details of Greek history and had a fun way of presenting it to us.
All in all a fabulous trip that went very smoothly thanks to the hard upfront work of Antonis.
Will definitely use KimKim again and if we go back to Greece, will request Antonis!

Loved this quaint hotel on the top of the mountain. The view from our room was looking out over Nafplio and the water. Absolutely stunning. The staff was so courteous and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with homemade breads, eggs, fruit and yogurt. We loved the location and loved exploring Nafplio and swimming in the sea. It may be a difficult hotel to stay in for someone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

The 7 villages of Apokoronas

This was a nice tour of the 7 villages. It was informative and the guide was knowledgeable about local customs. We enjoyed seeing the ruins and the old church in the cave. I wish I had known that there is a lot of time in the van and that we would be stopping to eat 4 times ( coffee, bread sampling, cheese sampling and lunch) . The tour lasted about 7 hours.

The entire trip was perfect! Well planned out along with all very knowledgeable guides. I cant really pinpoint one thing that stood out, but if there was one thing i would have to say Santorini was my favorite (other than the steps)! We had the time of our life! Our guide in Santorini was incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely amazing! I wish I had her with us through out the trip and remembered her name. I learned so much from her! She knew every historical, agricultural, economic, etc fact you could ever imagine! I later shared the facts on our Sunset Cruise and everyone had so many questions… like I was the guide. Lol. Our private driver pickups was such a perk we weren’t used to having.
We had an amazing time and if were to return would stay in Santorini the entire time and do day adventures from there. There’s so much to see there! We did change our Catamaran sail to an afternoon option to see the sunset. It was a last minute decision & the driver etc just wasn’t the same. Our mistake though!
We found an incredible 20th anniversary ring at Poniros, recommended by the clerk/concierge at Perla hotel . It is stunning!! Absolutely perfect! Thank you KimKim we can’t wait to use you for France & Thailand next! 😘😘😘

The staff was lovely! Not the same as the others. Bed uncomfy and we missed cold potable water at our beck and call/room service or even room phones to ask questions. The island was beautiful.. just alot more laid back. We did our souvenir shopping here because the island/city areas economy was a lot less luxurious & even busy! Our absolute favorite! Our guide, I wish i knew her name so i could recommend her, was extremely knowledgeable about all details, history, architecture, agriculture, wine & it’s history of being the “oldest vines known” because of the lack of soil in Santorini and the roots growing in the constantly spongey/damp pumice stone of the lava landscape.. every little bit of information we soaked it up! I wish I had her with us our entire trip! She took great pictures for us & others. So incredibly kind and if we had the chance would have made lifelong friends! I’d love her name and to find her on Facebook etc!!

The hotel is nice but next to the airport - when a plane has recently landed you smell jet exhaust. Lighting was barely existent in bathroom (by design), so it was difficult to see for tasks. Breakfast was very tasty. Location required taxi into town, longish walk to beach area. Sheets and towels were not white, rather dirty-grey. I think this may have been part of their ecological drive to not use bleach - just seemed less appealing. Loved the semi-private pool and landscaping.

Overall design of hotel is cool but room design is very impractical. We had a “wellness suite” on 2 floors. Entry floor features the bathroom sink in the middle of the room, too much furniture but no place to store clothes or even put suitcases (had to put one on the sofa, the other on floor next to bathroom door). Bathroom is impossibly small. Bed area upstairs features small queen bed that is “cocooned” by glass half-wall on sides and feet. Must be extremely difficult for housekeeping staff to change bed linens and clean. Small toilet next to bed area impossibly small. Jacuzzi bath on balcony had zero privacy from people walking around hotel. Yoga ball and foam roller took up too much space, as well as 2 nesting coffee tables, rocking chair and sofa bed. As an adult-only hotel, I wondered why the need for a sofa bed, so many coffee tables if only max two persons in room? This was probably meant to be the nicest hotel of our trip but the Collection (Domes) is trying too hard to be something the travelers are not - funky.

All of our tours were great and we met a lot of very nice people! All of our accommodations and recommendation for places to go see and to go eat were great as well. This was our first time on a trip this big and did not have a lot of knowledge on planning a trip so we did not ask a lot of question! I would recommend ask more questions on the places and how to get there and what class you want to travel. I would also recommend the specialist to give more options of travel and ask more questions on how you want to travel. An example of this is: We were in Chania Crete and had a driver pick us up, drove us to Heraklion for one overnight then catch a ferry to Santorini. This was the only option we got from our specialist. We were booked business class on the ferry which gives you no perks and I am sure cost more and travel days are a lost day. We wondered if there was another way and found out we could have taken a flight from Chania for 60 euro's and saved one travel day. We all agreed the specialist should give you option for how to get there and show the difference in price and the perks for business or economy. The only other issue we had was when we went to the train station we new we were going on the bus because there was maintains on the rails but were given no instruction on where exactly we caught the bus so it was a bit stressful until we found it. So if he would have put in our itinerary that we get dropped at the train station and we had to cross the road and go down a bit then we would have know. Overall I was happy with our trip and would recommend using Kimkim.

I was really lucky to have found Kimkim, randomly searching for itineraries to visit Greece. I was finding it very hard to plan the perfect itinerary with so many options to choose from. We were very impressed with all of the tour guides on our trip. We had tour guides in Athens at the Acropolis, in Chania (on Crete) for a food tour (Maria), one while hiking the Imbros Gorge (Nikos), another at the Knossos Palace (Carin), and another for a half day trip around Paros (Nicole). All were very knowledgeable and added a lot to our understanding about Greek culture. They were really delightful to spend time with. We also appreciated their professionalism . They all seemed to be very interested in giving us a better understanding of Greece.

We were also very impressed with the transportation on our trip. All of the drivers were there on time and transported us to our next destination in comfort.

The trip was okay ! I reached out to Kim Kim earlier this year with a friends suggestion . We had 3 options and were walked thru every possibility. Angela was amazing . We had a slight snafu and she was immediately there for us . The drivers and excursions were seamless . We visited the country of Greece and 3 islands 4 major cities … going forward I thought as a senior couple a little too much for us . We lost a few days due to transfers between islands that I was not prepared /told about. The excursions were interesting but took up a lot of our time . We have been to Europe 5 times and although this seemed easy in the future I will plan on our own
