Northern Lights Hunt by Boat, Tromsø

Set sail from Tromsø city center aboard the Polar Adventure for a memorable night of viewing the northern lights from the Arctic Sea. The hunt begins at the dock in Tromsø's center (arrive 15 minutes in advance), where you'll board the MS Polar Adventure, meet your crew, and venture out into the Arctic waters by 8 pm. You'll navigate toward areas with the clearest skies and the highest probability of viewing the aurora borealis. 

At any point, you can help yourself to a selection of complimentary snacks and hot beverages to warm up with (cold beverages are available, too) as you listen to the crew share stories about the myths and legends of the northern lights. Once they make an appearance, the boat will stay out as long as the remaining duration of the experience.
