Newly renovated in 2019, the building retains its character with whitewashed walls, curved doorways, and brightly painted beams. Location

Located in the peaceful Grotta neighborhood of Naxos Town, the hotel is just a 4-minute walk from the pebbly Grotta Beach and under 10 minutes from the port, the Kastro (Venetian Castle), and the Old Market. You can stroll across the causeway to the ancient Temple of Apollo in under 15 minutes, and it's a 10-minute drive south to the airport and the Temple of Dionysus. There's no on-site parking, but free public parking is available within steps of the property.

The hotel's 16+ rooms are compact but charming, decorated in classic Cycladic style with whitewashed walls, tile floors, and splashes of color. Curved lines, exposed stone, and wooden beams add to the authentic feel, and all rooms feature private terraces or balconies, COCO-MAT mattresses, and tiled bathrooms with corner-style showers. Family rooms are slightly larger, with the addition of a sofa bed, and the top-floor Executive Doubles have the best views in the house, with rooftop terraces that look out over Naxos Town and the hilltop castle. All rooms include air-conditioning and free WiFi.

You won't find the amenities of a larger hotel here, but the included breakfast buffet is a delightful touch, featuring traditional, regional dishes and homemade cakes, pies, and fruit salads.
