Authenticity

Since the hotel is located next to a student housing complex, you can expect to find a mix of parents staying here, large groups who use the conference facilities, and independent travelers looking for a good price.

A little off the beaten path, the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the city center, and steps from Grünerløkka, which has become one of Oslo's most popular areas for younger types, with shops, restaurants, bars, and concert venues. Naturists, for their part, can hit the woodsy trails that meander from the Akerselva river with hidden nooks and bridges. Public transportation is close to the hotel that can get you around the city, or you can walk to most attractions with a solid pair of walking shoes. You will find street parking outside the hotel or in the parking garage for a fee.

The simple decor has blonde wood furnishings and blue accents and includes a working desk, a flat-screen TV, and an armchair.
