Scandic Ishavshotel is an award-winning waterfront hotel right on Tromsø's quayside. It's located near the Hurtigruten ferry and an 8-minute walk from the Polar Museum. The Scandic Ishavshotel was just a large chain hotel without much character. We stayed only about eight hours, so it was fine for a brief rest, but certainly didn’t stand out like other unique accommodations on our trip.
