Hotel Madero, Buenos Aires
Luxurious hotel with an indoor pool, a spa, and rooms with private balconies in a trendy neighborhood
Upscale hotel with welcoming staff
Super nice hotel in a nice area of town
Overview
Taking inspiration from the avant-garde spirit of modern times, Hotel Madero is located in Buenos Aires's Puerto Madero neighborhood. Known for its modern and upscale development along the waterfront of the Río de la Plata, it's an excellent place to take a leisurely stroll along the dams and check out contemporary architecture. From the hotel, you're just a five-minute walk from the gardens, Parque Micaela Bastidas, and a 17-minute walk from the Woman's Bridge, with other nearby popular landmarks like the cultural center and gallery, Usina del Arte, a 7-minute drive away. If you prefer to stay on the property, hang out on one of the beautifully designed wood terraces with various plants and lounge chairs.
The luxurious rooms at Hotel Madero feature carefully selected materials, textures, and contemporary art, creating a sleek yet homely appearance. Dark hardwood floors and wood features stand out against neutral walls. While most rooms have desks for working, the other furnishings will depend on the suite you book. Some suites even have large, sectional couches and glass dining room tables. In the tiled or granite bathrooms, you'll enjoy a shower and a soaking tub. Most rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and a door leading to furnished private balconies with views of the gardens or dams, so you can enjoy some fresh air without leaving your room.
After a restful night's sleep, begin your day at the breakfast buffet before heading to the hotel's fitness center, which features a health club, a sauna, and an indoor pool with a large skylight opening. If you prefer to relax, unwind at the Madero Spa with a massage, body treatment, or facial. Hotel Madero has three eateries for when hunger strikes, including the award-winning Rëd Resto & Lounge, White Bar, which serves sushi and innovative cocktails, and Rëd Boutique, a small takeaway bar offering gourmet sweets like macarons, cupcakes, and pop cakes.
