La Bionda is in a 17th-century building, fully restored by the local Quintana Partners Studio. The design pays home to one of the building's unique pasts. Location

You'll find La Bionda in the heart of picturesque Begur, right on a corner leading to the town's main square. The hotel is in the historic center and within walking distance of major sites, shops, and restaurants. Getting to the top of Begur's castle will take about 10 minutes on foot. You can also easily explore the surrounding area, including local beaches. Sa Riera and Sa Tuna beaches are both walkable in under one hour, but you'll also find buses running those routes in the busy summer months. If you have a car, you can drive to both and other beaches (including Aiguafreda) in under 10 minutes.

Rooms & Bathrooms

La Bionda's rooms are cozy and comfortable, with Mediterranean-inspired decor and unique touches like wicker furniture and tiled floors. You'll also find historical details, like exposed wood beams, arched stone ceilings, and antique furniture. Some rooms feature balconies or garden views, and all come equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning. Bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, with rainfall showers and organic toiletries.

Amenities

Although there is no spa on the property, you can still book a massage in your room! There is no gym, but yoga classes are sometimes held on the terrace. For those of the more culinary persuasion, you can take advantage of one of the cooking classes hosted at the hotel. There’s a small ground-floor library with a lounge where you can grab a coffee from the bar and curl up with a book. You'll also find the perfect place to relax on the roof—a sundeck with comfy sofas, umbrellas, and lots of sunshine. Although the hotel has an elevator, there are no special amenities for travelers with accessibility needs.

Only travelers aged 16 or over can stay on the property, so it’s an unsuitable choice for families with children.
