Overview
The Editory House Ribeira Hotel, located in Porto's Sao Nicolau neighborhood, is an urban and modern establishment that embodies the authenticity of the city. The hotel, built on the former site of Balleteatro—the first theater and dance school in Porto—effortlessly blends history with contemporary style. Its prime location places you steps away from Ribeira Square and within a short stroll of iconic attractions such as the Porto Cathedral, Sandeman Cellars, and Dom Luís I Bridge.
Enjoy cozy, classic, and well-equipped rooms. Each showcases a blend of modern amenities and comforting simplicity with bright colors. You'll find air conditioning, minibars, and flat-screen TVs in all room types, including Double, Premium, Superior, and Penthouse units, plus views of the Ribeira houses or the Douro River. The Penthouse option on the fifth floor features a bedroom, balcony, separate seating area, and panoramic river views.
The Editory House Ribeira Hotel also offers its famed House Bar, a haven for port wine enthusiasts. With over 60 port references, you can savor a glass of your favorite or try experimental cocktails like Caipi Porto. The hotel also offers a daily breakfast buffet featuring bread, natural fruit juices, and homemade regional treats like bread pudding, sponge cake, and queijadas (custard cupcakes).
