Juan Ignacio Pissareff

I'm a young professional in Tourism and thank you to my parents I had the opportunity to travel through Argentina and the neighbouring countries. I document my trips in my blog, Viajes de Juani, and use the experience to transmitting my love for my country.

How did you get involved in travel?

"As a little kid we travelled a lot with my family around Argentina and I got the chance to discover Iguazu Falls, the glaciers in Santa Cruz and the deserts and salt flats in the Northern part of the country. When I grew up I decided to study tourism, in order to deepen my knowledge and to help other people organise their trips around the region but mostly through Argentina, my homeland."

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"On my 3rd year on my tourism studies, I did an internship in the little town of Villa La Angostura in the Lake District of Argentine Patagonia, working in a small lodge on the shores of the Nahuel Huapi lake.
That was a passage experience for me, because It was the first time travelling alone and the first time I was on my own taking charge of my life."
