I have been involved in the travel industry since my first job out of college, working for hotels, airlines and travel companies which allow me to know the industry from all sides. I approach my customer's travel like I would like my own travel to be handled. I like to listen to what they expect from a trip and then offer suggestions to make their travel special. We partner with local suppliers (hotels, tours, transfers) that are trustworthy and professional with whom we worked with for many years to ensure the quality of service to our clients.

What places and activities do you specialize in?

"I specialize in creating customized itineraries throughout the South Pacific for singles, couples, families and small groups. I like to provide my customers with unique experiences in each country they visit. I enjoy helping my travelers create memories, more than just itineraries. "

How did you get involved in travel?

"I was fortunate to travel from a young age. The great experiences I had traveling with my parents made me want to be involved in traveling as an adult. I traveled with them, alone, with my husband and with my 4 children (now young adults). Now I travel frequently in the destinations I sell to be able to recommend places and experiences from a personal point of view. . I love the experience of understanding other cultures, speaking other languages, trying new foods....."

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"Flying over Sydney in a helicopter after having visited the wine country and hovering over the harbour because the pilot had to wait for clearance to land. He apologized profusely and I couldn't have been happier, I couldn't believe the view! In Kangaroo Island I had the most amazing picnic on a private farm while watching the kangaroos not farther than 70 feet from me ! Flying on a heli between Kata Tjuta and Uluru and seeing how much the landscape from above is similar to the dot paintings of the Anangu local artists. "

I honestly cannot recall the last time I have done so as I am a frequent, experienced traveler and enjoy the research process. While it saved me quite a bit of time to book through KimKim, I will go back to doing so myself. The trips the agent booked for us were quite lovely as we experienced excellent guides and saw the things we had wanted to see. Unfortunately, the accommodations were of a much lower quality than we typically book, with limited amenities on site, loud and chaotic environments, and, for the most part, sub par customer service. The travel agent and I had agreed on “moderate” hotels and that is certainly not what we experienced. All in all, a valuable lesson learned. I would advice travelers considering KimKim to be extremely thorough in discussing their definitions of varying accommodation levels.

This itinerary and trip was perfect from start to finish! We met our son and DIL there and all traveled together throughout the North and South Islands for almost 3 weeks. Liz was responsiveness so helpful and put together an itinerary that was perfect for all of us! Excellent tours/excursions, fantastic accommodations, and wonderful private transfers enabled us to see and experiemce all of the major sights of the North and South Islands! The attention to detail provided was amazing! We cannot thank Liz and her team and KimKim enough for planning this wonderful trip for us!

The Mayfair Hotel was excellent, as was the Gourmet Food and Wine tour. Loved biking through that beautiful area!

Kangaroo Island, suggested by Liz, was well worth it. Beautiful place, lovely and plentiful kangaroos, plus the vies! The service was very good as was the food. My recommendation for them is they need to add a salad course , as you just get your main fairly quickly and there aren't a lot of vegetables on that. The full day tour to see all the wildlife was essential to our trip to Australia.

The Savoy on Little Collins in Melbourne was fantastic, especially that upgrade to the Master Suite that we received on check in! The help that we received from Leslie Wong in changing our Penguin Island trip so that it was not on the night before we caught an early flight was MUCH appreciated. That excursion was also excellent.

All pickups and transfers were on time and all drivers friendly and polite.

Thanks so much for organizing a great trip!

We have never used a travel agent before (we always self-organize) but the trip to Australia was a bit overwhelming considering how huge the country is (basically the size of the US) and didn't want to spread ourselves too thin while maximizing the must-do's. We filled out the kimkim form and specified our interests and types of accommodations and Liz Neal reached out to ask a few more questions within a few hours. Within a day or so, we had a rough itinerary proposal and Liz suggested a Zoom so we could talk through the proposal. On the call, we made a few adjustments and talked about flight logistics so that we weren't up at 4am or arriving at 11pm.

She sent over a finalized itinerary within a couple days of the Zoom call and the planning part was over in a flash. We had a deposit placed and then we just had to wait 6 months for the travel to start!

A few weeks before departure, we got the full PDF with 25 pages of logistics down to the minute (airport transfers, hotel pickups, phone numbers of everything, etc.) which provided great comfort and made for a smooth and clear travel experience.

There were some weather concerns (rain on the day of our snorkeling trip to the reef) a few days before departure so we emailed the local travel agent in Australia (Leslie Wong) and he was able to swap the days so that we could maximize the chance of good weather.

I want to call out how excellent Kangaroo Island is. It's private, isolated, and unspoiled. Sea Dragon is a great resort and the people there knew our names and were all excellent. If you can fit it into your itinerary for 3 nights, you will likely find it to be the highlight of the trip. We are so happy Liz added this to the trip and encouraged us to keep it at 3 nights even though we were considering cutting a day off.

We are a family of 4 (girl - 15, boy 13) that loves to be outdoors and not in museums which explains the activity choices.

Sea Dragon Lodge
Willoughby South Australia

This was the highlight of the trip. The accommodations are luxurious and you do literally look out over the ocean like the pictures show from your room. The staff (Jane, Yasmine, Tomas, Paul and the others) are all such welcoming and positive people and made us not want to leave. Part of the Sea Dragon experience is the full day nature tour. I will say it's a lot of driving (the island takes about 90 minutes to get from east to west) but it's broken up nicely with a stop at a popular koala hangout spot (we saw about 10 in the trees), a brief stop to stretch your legs at a surfing beach, a stop at a natural arch where the seals come to rest, a lunch in a nice covered picnic area, and a stop at the sea lion sanctuary where we were just a few feet from sea lions. Some of the shorter activities are on-site (honey tasting and gin tasting) and the lighthouse is just a 20 minute walk away. The sheep shearing is a 20 minute drive. We didn't do the wine tasting trip or any of the other options due to lack of time but you could easily fill 3 days worth of time while still having some quiet time to just sit and look out at the water from your patio.

Authenticity & Character
There are probably a dozen cabin/suites on the property so it's small and quiet. The rooms are luxurious and spacious but not opulent.
Location
Right on the ocean with unspoiled views.

The staff adds to the experience with knowing your names within minutes of arrival and addressing you directly. Jane (the resort manager) is excellent and her team is professional and welcoming.

Villa San Michele
Port Douglas

We had a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It's right on the main drag but it's set back from the street (not that there's much road noise anyway) with a large courtyard flanked by two swimming pools. It's not your traditional hotel so you don't get daily cleaning service but that's fine. We had a kitchen so it let us buy some groceries at the local grocery store (a legit full sized grocery store is only a couple blocks away) and keep everyone fed and happy throughout our stay (4 nights). They provide beach towels that you can take to the beach or on your snorkeling trip so that's a nice minor extra. It's a short walk to the dock where the boats depart and all of the shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The only area for improvement is that the room was rather dimly lit.

I have nothing negative to say here -- we only talked to the staff upon checkin (they were very nice and welcoming) but we didn't see anyone else for the remainder of our stay (not a problem but it also means I can't really answer this question fully)

The room was a bit dim at night but otherwise perfectly fine and we'd stay here again
Clarion Suites Gateway
Melbourne

We somehow got upgraded to the penthouse suite which was certainly unexpected and gave us an amazing balcony with skyline views across the river that can't be matched. As you might expect, it was a cavernous "room" with three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and dining room. There may have been other rooms that were in there that we didn't find because it was so large :-) The staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was clean. However, even the penthouse suite was a bit tired (couches were a bit worn, carpet looked a bit dirty, and the soap dish in the shower and other fixtures were a little wobbly) and during certain times of the day, there were food smells in the hallway. There was nothing wrong with our stay and given its convenient location, we'd probably stay here again but it wasn't anything particularly remarkable.

We booked our own stay at A by Adina right in the center of the CBD because it was one of the few hotels that offered two bedroom suites and we had stayed in another Adina in Berlin and loved it. Liz wasn't able to book it so we booked it directly. We were very pleased with the room and it had everything we needed and expected. The washer/dryer was particularly helpful since we had rain on our second day in Sydney and needed to dry everything out upon return to the room. The bedrooms aren't terribly spacious but that's fine since there's a living room with a couch and table/chairs to let you spread out and catch up on reading and whatnot. We'd stay here again as the location was perfect for reaching all of the primary tourist spots with short walks. It was clean and comfortable.

No complaints about the staff -- the person that greeted us and the person that checked us in were both very nice but we didn't talk to anyone else while we were there (which is fine) so I can't say it's amazing.

Grand Kuranda Rainforest Day Trip
Grand Kuranda Rainforest Day Trip
Australia

This is the one activity that we might recommend against. It's a long day from pickup to dropoff. The day consists of 4 main parts: * Skyrail (cable car) over the rainforest canopy from sea level up into the hills -- lasts about an hour with two stops along the way to change cars and take a short nature walk between getting off and getting back on. The views are clear and 360 degree and you see the waterfall both from the cable car ride and at the second stop (boardwalk). * Walking around Kuranda Village at the top (tourist shops, mostly, and some food/ice cream options). In Kuranda Village is the butterfly sanctuary which is small but very nice (maybe 20-30 minutes total). * Transfer to Rainforestation Nature Park for a 3 hour visit. This was the part that we definitely wouldn't repeat. It was crowded and touristy and somewhat contrived. As you'll see we did a bunch of other activities on this trip where we saw kangaroo, koala, crocodile and wallabies in the wild so the confined spaces here weren't our cup of tea. The aboriginal presentation was with an audience of like 300 people and the duck tour was on a caravan with 3 other duck boats all packed full so you felt like you were in Epcot Center on an attraction rather than out in nature. * Return to Cairns via the Kuranda Scenic Railroad - the reason this was a let-down is that the only views are on the gorge side of the train so if you don't have a window seat on that side of the train, it's largely just a hot and slow 90 minute train ride without much to see.

Quality of Experience
A little too much like a theme park than a nature experience
Food
Lunch at Rainforestation was called "BBQ buffet" but I don't think there was anything barbecued there. The food was average and fine -- we didn't come here for the food.
Guides, Drivers and Staff
Transport
It was a little confusing how the day would run -- we were met at the Skyrail station by a Tropic Wings tour guide who handed us our badges and an outline of the day but we were then on our own until meeting him again in Kuranda Village to transport us to Rainforestation. And then he appeared again to take us back to the train station. We were comingled in with other tour operators so it wasn't always clear if we were in the right place.
Sydney Opera House Tour
Sydney Opera House Tour
Sydney

This is as expected. A lot of history (some interesting, some not so) and you get to enter each of the main performance halls. You can take pictures outside and in the hallways/corridors but not within the performance halls themselves (which is a little peculiar since these spaces see thousands of concert/theatre goers each year). It's only an hour long which is about right. The group size is about 30-40 people and you wear a headset so you can hear the guide regardless of how far behind you are. You probably should do this.

Mackay Coral Cay Great Barrier Reef Sail & Snorkel with Lunch

The reef sail was via Sailaway and they are a professional outfit. The boat is huge and clean and very well equipped. There were 50 passengers on our trip and it didn't feel crowded. The crew aboard and in the office are all very pleasant and polite and welcoming. The boat is loaded with food so if you're the type that can eat while out on open water, you'll have plenty to snack on and eat during lunch. I'm not that adventurous so I could only eat with my eyes. It's a 2 hour sail from port to the first snorkel site so you'll spend some of that time just watching the horizon, some time learning about the biology of the reef from the marine biologist crew member, and some time getting fit for your stinger suit (full body suit to protect against jellyfish), flippers and snorkel/mask. Once you get to the dive site, you have about an hour in the water. We saw amazing coral and a sea turtle and a million fish. No sign of Nemo though. Definitely an experience you need to do once in your life. There was a medical emergency with one of the other passengers during the first snorkel (he ultimately appeared to be fine by the time we reached port) so we had to head back to port directly and didn't do the second dive. Sailaway handled the situation well and gave us a full refund (after first trying to rebook us on a new trip -- but it wouldn't have worked out due to our other activity schedule) so they should be commended for doing the right thing.

Afternoon/Evening Daintree Nature Tour ( Private)
Port Douglas

We very much enjoyed this full day tour despite the fact that it varied from damp to sprinkles to showers to full on downpour throughout the day. Our tour guide (David) was very good and adjusted the commentary appropriately so the kids could participate. The day consisted of an hour drive from Port Douglas to the Daintree River where we stopped along the way to see a massive colony of fox bats hanging from the trees. The boat ride on the Daintree River started with an absolute downpour but it tapered off halfway through so that we could see a few mother crocodiles and some of their baby crocodiles along the shore. We then continued on into the rainforest and stopped at a boardwalk trail where we David talked about the different types of plants and trees. Dinner was at a lodging/restaurant venue within the park and was very good (kangaroo steak for some of us .. I can't remember what others ordered). We then did the nighttime tour along a different boardwalk where we saw spiders and other insects galore that were huge and not terribly visible during the day.

Bondi Beach Surf Lesson

Excellent experience. They get you suited up, give a briefing on how the time in the water is going to go, and out into the water you head. The waves on the day we were there were about 2-3 feet so we were able to mostly wade out to the starting point and still touch the bottom. They offer lessons to all levels of ability so even if you have surfed before (we had not), they can tailor the experience so you get something out of it. Super bedside manner by the instructor (Tom). I had no interest in ever surfing but it was great and both kids had a blast.

Full Day Phillip Island Penguin Experience - Private Tour
Full Day Phillip Island Penguin Experience - Private Tour
Australia

This is indeed a very unique experience. When darkness falls, dozens of little penguin come out of the ocean and march up the dunes to their boroughs. However, it's a long day to get here for what amounts to about 45-60 minutes of watching small groups of 5, 10 or 15 penguin exiting the ocean. We heard about how great this was from other tourists we saw on the trip and might have expected too much. I expected a swarm of hundreds to come pouring out all at once but it was just dribs and drabs. Also, it's absolutely a tourist attraction. There are probably 2000 people sitting on bleachers waiting for the penguins to emerge so it's not private or particularly special -- so that kind of detracts from the experience. Lastly, it's a solid 2 hours from downtown Melbourne so you're spending a lot of time in the car and getting back to your hotel late. Bert was our driver/guide and he was a great conversationalist so it made the time pass in the car pretty quickly. We unfortunately had rain pretty much throughout the day so we skipped a couple of the lookout points along the way since it was too cloudy to see much. We did get lucky and the rain cleared just at dark so we didn't have to sit wet puddles while waiting for the penguin.

Quality of Experience
Food
The "Italian" restaurant we stopped at for dinner wasn't particularly Italian and it seemed like the place that all tour operators stop at so it was filled solely with tourists fueling up before heading over to the penguin viewing area.

Bert was great. One note is that he didn't use his headset so people in the back had trouble hearing him. I was in the front seat so I didn't.

City Excursion by Bike
City Excursion by Bike
Sydney

Great overview of the city -- easy biking on mostly flat terrain. A few short stretches on roads but for the most part, you're on pedestrian/bicycle lanes. We had a rainy day so we ended up pretty wet but it was still interesting and the guide was very good to stop and explain what we were peddling past. There is one minor uphill stretch toward the end that some folks had trouble with but if you use a bike ever, you'll be fine. And toward the end, you'll need to walk your bike through the botanical garden (about a 10 or 15 minute walk) since you can't ride bikes in the gardens. The 2.5 hour trip is about the right amount of time to be on a bike.

Quality of Experience
My wife's bike had a problem where the seat wouldn't stay up so the guide swapped bikes with her. And another participant had a bike that didn't like to shift gears so I'd say the equipment condition wasn't perfect overall.
Guides, Drivers and Staff
David was our tour guide and he was great and spoke clearly and gave just about the right amount of information without it becoming overly tedious.
Summit at Night - Bridgeclimb
Summit at Night - Bridgeclimb
Sydney

What a ludicrous concept! Climbing a bridge with cars and trains whizzing under you. Never would that be permitted in the US! We had rain for the first part of our climb (they climb the bridge unless it's crazy wind or lightning) but then it stopped about halfway up, cleared and made for some great pictures with the tops of the buildings in eerie clouds. The actual time on the bridge is about 2.5 hours with the first 30 minutes being safety briefing and changing into the full set of gear (full jump suit, harness, audio rig, etc.). You do a mini practice climb indoors so you understand how the cable that you're going to be tethered to works on ladders and whatnot. The photo package was actually priced fairly -- all pictures that they take of you and your group are sold to you in digital format for $35 USD (50 AUD) per adult. So if you're a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), it's $70 USD. That's fair enough considering how high some other attractions price their photos.

Nicki was our climb guide and she was great and made a ton of smalltalk with our kids which was nice.

Liz did an amazing job of planning our trip to New Zealand.

She worked through all our wants and budgets quickly and was patient with us regarding changes (including some at the very last moment).

Our trip included three cities: Auckland, Tutukaka, and Rotarua. We had drivers for a group of 10 as well. Everything went smoothly and at no time were we in the dark of what to expect or had to wait on anything.

The hotels we stayed in were perfectly suited for our needs and were within walking distance of sights, activities, and restaurants.

Kelly was our driver for our rainforest hike and for our trip to Hobbiton and Rotorua. He was an amazing source of information about the places we were going to and answered all our questions.

Our other driver (to and from Tutukaka) was just as amazing. He chatted and joked with us on the long drive and made it a pleasant experience by stopping for a few breaks Ave suggesting the best place to grab a few pies for a snack.

We went on a snorkel trip while in Tutukaka; the weather was too rough so it was moved to another day. Rescheduling was easy and the travel company reached out and took care of everything for us. The trip was awesome once we were able to go.

We also kayaked at night to see the glow worms. The guide, Sam, was fantastic. One of us had never kayaked before and he was super patient and helpful.

Our last activity was a hike on Mount Tarawera. This was much more than expected from a physical sense. The 3 mile hike took a few hours and had us up a d down and even into the crater. While we would all recommend this, it is not an easy climb. Children and those not used to physical activity should choose something else. Our guides were fantastic and helpful throughout the entire experience.

We also visited Hobbiton, a few beaches, the aquarium, and explored local places off the beaten path. Liz made sure to build in some downtime for us to relax and find our own adventures.

We will be using KimKim again to plan our next vacation!

We only had a couple of true guided tours - in Rotorua the Kahukiwi afternoon with Patrick was eye-opening about current Māori life, visiting his tribe’s marae and taking time to understand the great significance of the marae to the culture. And then Paul with Appellation Wine Tours gave a great tour of Central Otago wineries. Lastly, Liz suggested Doubtful Sound for our Fiordland tour, instead of the much more heavily touristed Milford Sound. We did the overnight tour with kayaking and swimming in the Sound. We also managed to see albatross and fur seals. So, overall, great time!

Dear Ray and Glynis,
Thanks so much for the wonderful review. I am so happy you enjoyed the trip!
Sorry I couldn't respond before but I just returned from an amazing (and quite long) trip to Africa.

It was a pleasure to work with you and I hope to have the opportunity to be able to help with another trip in the near future!

Cheers

We loved our vacation in New Zealand and hope we have the chance to come back for more adventures!

Some highlights:
-Afternoon Wilderness tour: great guides, good pace, informative
-Hobbiton: on time early morning pick up, tour was lovely - wish it could have been longer; lunch was very worthwhile. Hobbiton was a magical place to visit, truly special. The transfer to transport service was smooth (though our luggage sat in van trunks and got a bit warm, so good thing we carried around any heat-sensitive items)
-Te Ra Guided Experience at Te Puia Rotorua: we learned a lot on this tour despite the misty rain - the bubbling mud pools were neat to observe and so cool to see our first kiwi birds of the trip; very easy to get to via Uber from our hotel
-Zealandia: AMAZING! We probably heard bird song (and cicadas haha) more than we saw creatures, but we did see numerous Kakas, Tuataras, a North Island Robin, several Shags, and THREE Little Spotted Kiwis. Will and Judy, our guides, were lovely.
-Full Day Lord of the Rings Tour: of course you have to use your imagination and visualize how the film crew turned locations into movie sets, but it was neat to see several of the sites. No pictures allowed on most of the tour, though it was neat to see various artists at work. And of course funny photos with Bilbo's trolls outside were fun. No 'Rivendell Ripple' at the end of the tour so that still remains a mystery...
-Gondola: really cool ride up the mountain; easy to find ticket pick up location; views were spectacular; we are glad we didn't book the buffet lunch at the restaurant at the top as we had a lovely lunch at Bespoke Kitchen at the base of the gondola
-Walter Peak High Country Farm Excursion: really cute and fun tour; loved seeing all the farm animals and even though the interaction was brief, we enjoyed feeding and petting the sheep, cows and goats. High tea was delicious! We would revisit many places, but we would love to do the horseback riding tour and high tea at the farm.

Some things we wish we knew in advance:
- Early check-in at the QT Auckland hotel was $150 NDZ. We got an extra bonus hour in NZ as our flight landed over an hour early, so we're grateful for our airport pickup (Warren - he was very welcoming and knowledgeable!) monitored our flight and was able to pick us up and we were able to check into our hotel early, so it all worked out.
-The afternoon wilderness tour included a stop for lunch! We didn't know that in advance, so we spent time in the morning finding a place to pick up a sandwich and be at our pick up location on time. Had we known there was a lunch stop where we could purchase lunch, we would have spent time in the morning doing something else.
-On the way to Hobbiton from Auckland, the transport included a stop for breakfast about 1 hour into the journey. Had we known we could purchase breakfast along the way, we wouldn't have had to coordinate a to-go breakfast with the hotel and ask for our early departure to be accommodated (hotel breakfast started at 6:30am, but our pick up was scheduled 6:30-6:45am). The breakfast stop had two different cafe/restaurant options that had a lot to offer - breakfast sandwiches, pastries, coffee, tea, etc.
-New Zealand domestic flights have next to no security (especially in the tiny Rotorua airport)! HUGE difference from the US. We did get the last sandwich at the tiny Rotorua airport cafe, which was lucky... will be good once the full cafe is available there. At Wellington airport, we are glad we got a bite to eat before going to our gate because there is only one tiny cafe option once you go through security and there's a whole large food court and set of souvenir shops BEFORE security.

Some things we would change:
-The ferry to Waiheke Island was nice, but we would have skipped the hop on/hop off bus as they weren't really able to keep to the drop off/pick up schedule, making pickups unpredictable and long waits thus less time for exploring. We would have rathered figuring out the public bus that runs seemingly more smoothly and regularly. We also needed a map that showed restaurants & shops, not just vineyards - such a highlights map didn't seem to exist and google maps wasn't as helpful as it usually is in other locations.
-Outside of really anyone's control but hotel management's: the lighting in all the hotels were pretty poor, to varying degrees; plus the light switches were overly complicated (too many combinations and permutations to try to figure out how to turn a few on or the bathroom lights on and not the entire room! never have had such complicated lighting at a hotel. Other travelers on tours we were on mentioned the same thing at their hotels so the issue seems pretty common.).
-In Auckland, we should have not included breakfast at the hotel. It was OK but we would have enjoyed going to local cafes instead as the hotel breakfast menu and continental breakfast didn't offer much that we enjoyed.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. If you are on the top floor (7th) be prepared for stairs - the elevator only goes to the 6th floor - not an issue for us but for some guests it might be. Definitely in the top 2 for breakfasts of the 4 hotels we stayed at. The location was very convenient for all of the activities we did!

Great location on Cuba St. Having front and back entrances led to some confusion for pick ups for drivers but in the end it worked out. Interesting interior design... some quite dizzying (especially elevator and carpeting). Decent breakfast offerings. Very nice morning staff. The lighting in the room wasn't very good, and too many on/off switches. The bathroom was squeezed into a very tiny room (shower, sink & toilet all in behind a door) and there was no shower curtain so water escaped easily and only one person at a time could access the bathroom.

Just as magical as I imagined! We had beautiful weather to enjoy Hobbiton. The tour does start with a tour bus ride with a little bit of a cheesy video but it's such a small part of the tour. Amazing how they've set it all up again and are preserving the hobbit holes. Loved every minute and didn't want to leave! The lunch was very satisfying.

This was a nice tour though it was raining the day we were there. I'm sure it would be incredible if we had better weather but nonetheless we made the best of it and really enjoyed learning from our guides. We saw the geyser on the livestream just before the tour started - it ended up too steamy to see anything once we were out there! It was very cool to see the bubbling mud as well as the kiwi birds at their kiwi conservation station.

Great cultural experience. We happened to be there when there was a competition going on so the usual performers were away and the performers we saw were younger (late teenage years / early 20s). We wouldn't have known if the hostess hadn't revealed that info as they were phenomenal!

Hello Tim,
Thanks for the beautiful review. I loved that you mentioned the Reef. There has been so much bad publicity about the reef dying and I agree, it is really spectacular. On top of that there is a huge amount of conservation efforts going on and they pay off!!

Thank you again for trusting your trip to us and it would be a pleasure to plan another trip with you in the future.

Liz was easy to work with and helped me plan my first trip to NZ. She was professional and knowledgeable about the cities I wanted to visit and recommended a few options based on my preferences. The local partner was extremely helpful on the ground to support my tours throughout the 18-day period. They were responsive and provided quick coordination when change was needed. I would highly recommend Liz for New Zealand trips and would love to work with her and the kimkim team again for another trip in the future.
