How did you get involved in travel?

""When I was a high school student, my mother took me on a journey around the North of Vietnam. During this trip, I had a chance to visit many places in the north of Vietnam from the mountains to the sea. This was a wonderful trip for me, and it inspired me want to travel to other destinations in Vietnam and overseas. This trip also inspired me to apply to study tourism at university. After graduating from university in 2010, I started my job as a journey planner to help travelers worldwide learn more about Vietnam's beauty.""

I would have liked for our flight seats to have been taken care off & set as this trip was organized more then a months time. I would have also liked to have had exact names of appointed restaurants along with their addresses so we could plan accordingly with time & transport arrangements. It’s always helpful to have the trust & confidence that everything has been taken care off thoroughly & completely without having to worry about following up with anyone. Every detail of the trip was well planned.For our 2 week trip we saw 7 cities with the help of 4 different regional tour guides and drivers. 3 of the guides were great, one l was not as knowledgeable as I would have hoped. All guides and drivers were punctual and reliable . I felt completely at ease knowing everything was taken care of. During the trip, everything went smoothly. Trang was in constant contact checking in on us most days. She accommodated minor changes such as changing what we wanted to tour with 24 hours notice.

What stood out the most was how Trang anticipated my needs before I even realized them, ensuring that I had the best possible experience. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made my trip to Vietnam and Cambodia unforgettable. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to travel to this amazing part of the world!

The temples were breathtaking and a "do not miss". Unfortunately Tonle Sap lake was in low water season(mid march) and thus we were unable to get the full experience including getting to see floating villages. While the long drive out did allow us to see Cambodia and small villages, it did not feel a good use of a half day. Aspara dance was entertaining. Food at the dinner was mediocre.

Good to do at night once the sun goes down for a more comfortable experience. Was a ton of fun riding on the back of scooters and getting to know more about life in HCMC from our guides. Feel like we got a good feel for the city as covered alot of ground. The food was good , but was secondary to the scooter experience. We'd been in country for over a week so had already experienced similar foods.

We had an absolutely amazing 2 days exploring the Angkor Wat complex with our guide! From start to finish, the experience was unforgettable. Our guide was knowledgeable about the history and culture of the site, which made the tour even more enriching. . He was attentive to our pace, ensuring we had time to explore and ask questions, while also making sure we didn’t miss any of the key highlights. The temples were breathtaking. I would highly recommend booking a guided tour of Angkor Wat to anyone visiting. It’s a must-see, and having a knowledgeable guide and a comfortable van and thoughtful driver (provided cold water and a cold towel at every stop) made it even more special.

Transfers were all as promised and well organized
Our trip to Ha Long Bay was everything we expected and more. The cruise Trang chose was truly 5 Star

Suffice it to say it was a perfect trip! Trang is our new hero, so professional, competent, welcoming, and always very responsive. We will absolutely recommend her to future travels! We think she deserves a raise😊. Seriously without her I don’t think we would have enjoyed our trip as much. We wouldn’t change a thing, well maybe just the rain in BaNa Hills! Loved our hotels and also our guides. If we had to pick a favorite day it might be our last one in HoiAn. But truly it was all memorable! Read more

The Hanoi Pearl Hotel was a delightful first stop on our trip. Although not the most luxurious, its cozy atmosphere and prime location made it a standout for us. The staff knew us by name, which made it feel personal and welcoming. It was perfectly situated for exploring Hanoi, which added to our satisfaction. The rooms weren't huge, but overall, it was a charming experience.

Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa was lovely, especially with its rooftop amenities. Although it's a bit on the edge of town, which made walking into town slightly less convenient, the overall experience was very pleasant. The location made it feel a bit exclusive and serene.

The Indochine Lan Ha Cruise was a fantastic experience! Though I've been on many cruises, this one stood out for its charm and old-world feel. They packed the itinerary with special activities, like cooking demonstrations and exercise sessions, which made it special. It was a new ship but had the charm of an older vessel, adding to the allure. My granddaughter was thrilled by the experience of sleeping on water, which added to the joy.

We had a wonderful time at Ba Na Hills! Despite knowing little about it beforehand, the park atop a mountain was an incredible surprise. The day we visited, it poured rain, so we were soaked, but the magic of the place shone through. Even with the weather, it was an unforgettable adventure.

The last day in Hoi An was packed with activities and utter fun. We loved the lantern-making, the countryside bike rides, and the basket boat ride. Lunch was an exceptional experience, wrapping up a day full of diverse and special adventures. It was super fun and intimate with just our small group, making it a highlight of the trip.

We had the best trip in Vietnam for two weeks with Trang's expert help and guidance. She gave us many great options and clearly understood the pace we needed and wanted while also traveling with a 6 yo and 7 yo. Our tour guides were great--Chung, Dat, and Loan. Each one had their own special personalities and interests that added to our trip in a unique way. San Premium Hotel

Excellent breakfast with a wide spread. The triple room was comfy and just what we needed after a 24 hour trip to get to Hanoi. The location was also very convenient and we felt comfortable walking around on our own right away. Also, this hotel had the best pricing for laundry services of all the places we stayed at. ***there is no pool here, though. It's a little hard to tell from the website but the hotel itself is perfect if you dont care about a pool.

I loved this place!! It's so quiet and charming and a perfect place to recharge from the constant hustle and bustle of the streets of Hoi An. The beds were comfy and our kids loved the spacious pool and the plentiful breakfast buffet.

This place is fine; it just wasn't as nice as other places we'd stayed at but it served its purpose in a clean and safe way. I did like being close to the park and being able to people watch from our triple room. It was also close to several great spots to eat and we felt safe to walk around without any issues.

Bamboo Village Resort

Bamboo Village has now been added to my mental list of "happy places" when I need a break and want to picture a place I love. So much thought went into its development and the grounds and pools are gorgeous and the rooms sumptuous. The beach was also wonderful and we loved being able to play in the waves so easily. Everything smells so nice there, too. The breakfast buffet was also nothing short of fabulous; it had lots of Vietnamese options as well as Korean fare and Russian fare (Mui Ne attracts a lot of Russians, which we hadn't known).

We had a wonderful time on our 2 week tour through Vietnam. It was a well organized and thought out itinerary, with attention paid to our family dynamics (traveling with 2 young children). We had a wonderful time on our 2 week tour through Vietnam. It was a well organized and thought out itinerary, with attention paid to our family dynamics (traveling with 2 young children). Trang was excellent at communicating with us, both before the trip and throughout our time in Vietnam, checking in with us via Whatsapp. She was also really helpful in arranging for luggage storage for our family (we were leaving an international post of 10 months, to return to the US, so we had lots of luggage!)

While Trang connected us with knowledgable guides at each spot, we had an exceptional time with Dat, in Central Vietnam. Some of our highlights from the trip included the day excursion from the cruise in Lan Ha Bay, exploring Hoi An and the coconut boats and relaxing at the beach in Mui Ne.

Trang was fantastic from the planning to checking in with us and making adjustments as we went. All the guides were good, with one exception where they didn't seem to have the knowledge or language skills. I think for future trips, we'd forgo the big lunches for just snacks. Hotels all good, drivers good; just a note about making sure vehicles have seat belts - one or two of them didn't. Read more
