Suffice it to say it was a perfect trip! Trang is our new hero, so professional, competent, welcoming, and always very responsive. We will absolutely recommend her to future travels! We think she deserves a raise😊. Seriously without her I don’t think we would have enjoyed our trip as much. We wouldn’t change a thing, well maybe just the rain in BaNa Hills! Loved our hotels and also our guides. If we had to pick a favorite day it might be our last one in HoiAn. But truly it was all memorable!

Hotels were excellent. Only exception was in HCMC the Muong Tranh hotel is more for business people not tourists. Should use a better more character option there.

Our short trip was amazing, we asked Doris for a relaxed yet adventurous trip around the Mekong Delta and the activities she planned for us were perfect. Also the hotels chosen were on point. I was very disappointed in our Vietnam Trip. The first hotel was horrible (at least, I hated it). It was run down, messy and had no lobby. The following trips, Cambodia and Thailand, were fabulous. The other hotels were fine, some beautiful. The boutique cruise was terrific.

Overall, a very fulfilling experience . It is challenging to visit the length and breath of Vietnam in just over two weeks. One of the downfalls is having to spend too much time in a car or van traveling from place to place. This becomes extremely problematic in Ho Chi Minh City. The primary guides in the large cities were knowledgeable and conversant. A few did not speak English well enough to provide us any meaningful information, however, or answer our questions. The hotel choices were all excellent. I would recommend offering some favorite restaurants to your clients to assist in making good choices more expeditiously. We also appreciated the Kimkim flexibility, in modifying proposed itinerary options.
