Food, location, and decor are all amazing

The food is not as good as the other hotels we stayed at, breakfast buffet is decent, but wouldn’t eat dinner here. The gym is totally inadequate for the size of the hotel

Great location and place to recover from long flights. Excellent rooms and buffet.

Such a magical spot. After a long drive up the mountain we were rewarded with an amazing view of the countryside. Looking out on rice fields from our balcony was so mesmerizing.

Amazing location just out of town. Quiet beautiful landscaping. Great food.

Lovely hotel and grounds. Right in city but room quiet. Delicious food.

Initially placed in wrong room but manager, Kevin, came to our room to apologize and offer compensation for mix up. We changed to upgraded room. Back now for two nights in Terrace Room-lovely.

Not fair out of Ninh Binh but seems miles away. Small outside sitting area to see countryside. Nice pool area. The best food!

We had larger room with small balcony. The tender was often tied up below our room so fumes were and issue. It was an amazing trip through Ha Long Bay!

Tour guide, Loan, met us outside the airport. Even though our time with her was short she was wonderful about sharing information about DaNang.

Was amazing to see all the statues.

This is a must do. We rode with “ The ride of Your Life” Ang was our guide and Trevor and Brian our drivers. What a blast! Yummy food. Amazing being in the traffic but we felt safe with our drivers. Train street was so fun. Touring around Hanoi on a scooter was great!

So interesting hiking from village to village through the rice fields. Incredibly beautiful.

Amazing countryside.

Great relaxing break within a busy holiday. Location right on the beach, facilities excellent and food and service 5*

Au Lac Charner puts you right in the heart of things. You need to be prorated the chaos that is Saigon - the scooters, the blocked sidewalks, it’s amazing and terrifying. It’s not the fanciest but we enjoy it.

This is a beautiful hotel, like a grand old lady. Impeccable in style with a staff to match. Topped off by being in a great location.

The boat and staff were very nice. Being booked in the suite (one of two in the boat) totally made our one night stay. So happy we chose a smaller boat just 30 people.

This is a nice hotel (the second one we stayed in while visiting HCMC). It is very “western” like so we are a bit torn in our review. Our first 3 nights were in the Babylon Premium Resort and Spa that we booked outside of KimKim. We liked the location of that hotel better but you have to prefer to be right in the mix. La Siesta was more sedate, fancier and had a lovely breakfast spread. It really depends what you are looking for.

This was fantastic. Our guide, Heidi, was energetic and fun! Our drivers were great and it was a fun evening. Highly recommend.

This was a fun and very full day of new experiences. John did a great job!

Tien was fabulous. We really had a good adventure and ate very well. You must try iced coconut coffee at her favorite spot!

We had a great time with John. He shared his knowledge of the city with us and we enjoyed our time with him.

It was pouring rain this day. We had a great driver and it was wonderful to have Tien, our guide, with us for the 4 hour drive.

The weather made the activities a bit challenging. The kayak trip was poorly supervised - not sure how just one person is supposed to take one group swimming and the other part of the group to the beach. The kayaks were wet when we got in them and we only got wetter. The hot ginger tea on the way back to the boat sure hit the spot.

So much to see in this city. We enjoyed it more than we were expecting. The schedule was great, a nice mix of walking and being driven (plus a dragon boat ride)

This was a fun afternoon/early evening. Our guide, Chuong, was a lot of fun. He took us to some great spots we would never had dared enter to try some local (delicious) Hanoi dishes. Strange again that we had to pay $5 USD for two beers when spending thousands on our tour.
